Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts including dressing the sides and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P,royalty etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation & plinth with sand in 22.5cm(9") thick layers including watering and ramming with all cost conveyance royalty, taxes of the materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Plain Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 4cm size H.B, h.g metal of approved quality and from approved quary including hoisting,lowering, and laying in layers to 10cm(4") thick to required level, ramming,watering including all cost & conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities complete in all respects and as directed by the EIC.

FLY ASH Bricks Masonry .25x12x8 Brick having crushing strength between 35 Kg/cm^2 to 149 Kg/cm^2 in C.M. ( 1 : 6 ) in foundationin and plinth including cost, carriage and royalty etc.

Supplying fitting, with Straightening, cutting, bending, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing (if required) the HYSD steel and binding wires and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position as required for R.C.C. works and for providing cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S. rods or Tor steel including binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with all T&P required for the work etc. completefor ground floor or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Rigid and smooth centering & shuttering for RCC works and dismetaling them after casting including all cost, conveyance, etc. complete.
