RequiredGST Registration certificate and upto date file return of the state in which the work is to be taken up, or as required by GST authorities then in such a case the bidder shall scan and upload following under taking along with other bid documents.

RequiredCopy of Receipt for Deposition of EMD as per Proforma A. (EMD Document shall only be issued from the place in which the office of receiving division office is situated.

RequiredRegistration certificate of EPFO, ESIC and up-to-date returns files.

RequiredThe contractor shall obtain a Site Visit Certificate from the concerned AE/JE of the department during office hours before the last date of submission of bid. Bids submitted without the Site Visit Certificate duly signed by AE/JE shall be summarily rejected and shall not be considered for evaluation. (as per Annexure- V).

RequiredThe training certificate of ERP issued through LMS Portal of ERP which is imparted to the contractor should be scanned and uploaded with all other requisite documents.
