All the required works, materials, arrangements, tools & tackles, workmanship, safety equipments (safety belt, body harness, gumboot, gas face mask, helmet etc.) as per NHRC\NGT\ DPCC etc guidelines and as per site requirement ,

Isolating the Channel by closing sluice gate and providing gunny bags to ensure no flow in the raw sewage channel.

Dismantling/Cutting of the old and damaged bar screen with the help of gas cutter and welding machine and also taking out the same with the help of heavy labour along with all safety equipment at site.

Taking out of bar screen from the existing channel with long boom crane/hydra after blocking the incoming flow of the sewar with sluice gates and gunny bags and diverting the flow of the sewage by installing sewage submersible pumps of suitable capacity.

Providing/making of Heavy duty bar screen made of S.S. Channel size 100mm x 50 mm( as per grade SS 304) in frame and centre covered with S.S. flat size 65 mm x 8 mm ( as per grade SS 304) duly welded with Centre to centre distance S.S. welding with both side of the flat with frame channel bar screen size as per site requirement. Size of Bar Screen 3 Mtr width x 2 Mtr length

Making / supply M.S. jall as per size below and jall made out MS angle iron 65x65x8 mm duly welded as per size jall cover with m.s.bar of size 20 Sq mm with vertical welded and distance of 20 mm with same angle iron frame with heavy hinges and locking arrangements of complete jall duly painted with black paint.( 3 X 2 Meter)

Fixing charges for above material at site with own arrangement of gas cutter, welding machine. electricity, with long boom crane/hydra and civil works etc.

Providing/Making of S.S. Panji 8 inch x 3 inch made out from handle of S.S. pipe 25 mm dia and comb as per bar screen.

Testing and commissioning charges.
