MAINT AND OPERATION

Daily maintenance and operation of the DG sets, switch gears and other electrical eqpts at pump house and Generator room with one operator in each shift of three shift for each installation from 0600 hrs tonext day 0600 hrs ( In three shifts per day consisting of 08 hrs per shift) including Sunday and Holiday to keep continuous electric supply and replacement of all defective spare parts as specified and directed by the Engr-in Charge i) Note: Term daily operation includes minor maintenance and like adjustment of eqpt, cleaning battery terminals, self dynamo and also hourly reading and recording of each plant. Log sheet will be maintained by the contractor in standard Performa to make record in consultation with Engr-in Charge.ii) Fuel and lubricants will be issued under Sch “B” stores free for feeding as required. Spares will be measured and paid separately under appropriate item. The electrician should posses the ITI Certificate from Govt Registered Institute and also having the exeperience of handling HT/LT electrical OH lines.The Electtrician should attend the day to day all electrical complaints pertaining to HT/LT Electrical line including internal electrification repair works.

Daily maintenance and operation of the water pumping and treatment plant with one operator in each shift of three shift for each installation from 0600 hrs to next day 0600 hrs (In three shifts per day consisting of 08 hrs per shift) including Sunday and Holiday as specified and directed by the Engr-in Charge (Note: Term daily operation includes minor maintenance and like adjustment of eqpt, cleaning, insert gland packing and also hourly reading and recording of each plant. Log sheet will be maintained by the contractor in standard Performa to make record in consultation with Engr-in Charge and periodical maint includes back washing of pressure filter/ IRP daily or as required. Feeding of chemical bleaching and alum etc, as per direction of Engr, cleaning of aeration tank storage sump and overhead storage tank as required at treatment & distribution/supply pump house.

Supply of Alum Crystal /Ferric(KAL(SO4)2 12 H2O Amonium sulphate of 15% to 16% concentration) with water in proportionate way of achieving proper sedimentation of water at all time at Pump house as directed by Engr-in-Charge Make: LOGA CHEME/GRASIM/ISO approved)

Material and labor for replacement of unserviceable pump/motor coupling of any size or shape with shaft bore of capacity 20 to 40 HP centrifugal pump set

Material and labour for replacement of unserviceable pump/motor coupling of any size or shape with shaft bore of capacity 7.5 to 15 HP monoblock pump set

Material and labor for replacement of unserviceable bearing ( Roller Bearing No. 6306/3306) including accessroies connected works of capacity 20 to 40 HP centrifugal pump set

Material and labour for replacement of unserviceable pump/motor ( Roller Bearing No. 6306/3306) including accessroies connected works 7.5 HP to 15 HP monoblock pump set

Decoupling pump & motor, opening the body of motor, taking out burnt/defective winding wire carefully without damaging the stator, cleaning the slot, rewinding the stator with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge along with insulating material, greasing varnishing the bearing complete all as specified and as directed for the following capacity of motor of 10/15 HP capacity
