Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material For thickness of tiles above 25 mm and upto 40mm.including all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material including all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Earth work in excavation in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (Not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5mtr. including disposal of surplus excavated earth including all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering including all leads, lifts and carriage of material by MT / H.L. - All work upto plinth level. 1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying dry stone agg. using 40mm nominal size incl. spreading, levelling,sand grouting, watering, ramming, etc all complete including all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Centring and shuttermg including strutting, propping etc. and removal of formwork for·

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand 4 graded stone aggregate 12. 5mm nominal size) including all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT / H.L.

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) including drip course/groove all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT/H.L.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering. shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-All work upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)including all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding Hot rolled deformed bars all complete

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M- 15 Grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with cement sand 1:4 mix and watering etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.including all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT / H.L

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders, railings, brackets, gates & similar works all complete

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion Single socketed pipes 110 mm diameter
