Boring, providing and installation bored cast-in-site reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-25 of specified diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out and removal of same and the length of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. by percussion drilling using Direct mud circulation (DMC) or Bailer and chisel technique by tripod and mechanical Winch Machine all complete, including removal of excavated earth with all its lifts and leads (length of pile for payment shall be measured up to bottom of pile cap). Note : Truck Mounted rotary / TMR / Tube well boring machine shall not be used. 450mm dia piles.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement . All work up to plinth level. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone -III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (Measured upto 1 mtr from average ground level).

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns ,pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement . All work above plinth level upto floor five level in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone -III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (Measured 1 mtr above average ground level).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for all heights for Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete. (Measured upto 1 mtr from average ground level).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for all heights for Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts ( above 1 mtr from average ground level).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 Coarse sand) (Measured upto 1 mtr from average ground level).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level ( above 1 mtr from average ground level) upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 Coarse sand).

12mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand)

Finishing walls with Water proofing cement paint of required shade. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg / 10 Sqm).

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc, as required in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar work. (For gate work).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and fixing broken glass coping on top of walls in cement morter 1:3 of 20 mm thick and fixing glass panes of standard size and quantity as per DSR / SSR.

Earth work in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 ton roller or steel rammers complete all as directed lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.
