Providing and applying Thermoflex P-111 /Sika Coolcoat of any other Equivalent compound on Roofs of Slab as per following procedure (i) Surface preparation:- Surface of Roof slab should be cleaned with wire brush Dust particle should be removed and surface should be washed with high water pressure and it should be get dried. (ii) Primer Coat:-Thermoflex P-111 should be diluted with potable water in 1:1 riatio and this Solution should be applied on cleaned and Dry surface with soft brush/ roller (iii)1st Coat o P-111 :-After 3 hours of primer coat First coat of P-111 (without any dilution)should be applied with soft brush/ roller (iv) when the 1st coat is partially dry an acrylic fibremesh 80 GSM mat should be laid over it and pressed with roller. (v)Second /Final Coat:-2nd coat of P-111 (without any dilution)should be applied after 3 hours of 1st coat of applicaion.It should be allowed to dry for 4 hours. Note: There should not be any water contact on treated surface till 24 hours of final completion of treatment

Supplying, fitting and fixing 30mm thick solid core type non-decorative double leaf flush shutters in doors and windows with black board core blended with high quality phenol formal dehyde synthetic resin both side commercial veneered of standard make with oxidised iron fittings such as hinges, tower bolts, handle, cleats and sand blocks and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing 12mm thick water proof cement plaster (1:3) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5with 5% cico or any other approved water proofing compoundincluding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing 6mm thick cement plaster (1:4) in ceiling with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Extra for cleaning the old surface by scrapping the entire old white wash or colour wash including cost of scaffolding all complete as per direction of E/l.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and laying 6mm precast white glazed tiles in walls over 12mm cement mortar (1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry flush pointed with white cement including rubbing, polishing and cost of curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direciton of E/l. a With "A" grade white 15 x 15 cm tiles.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut mirror polsihed premoulded and prepolishe) machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1: 4 91 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mised with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing moulding and polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.
