CERTAIN TEPAIRS TO ROOF TREATMENT, CEILING, ROOF SHEETING AND CERTAIN STRUCTRUAL REPAIRS WORK AT TECH AREA TAKU CPE ITARSI UNDER GE (I) (P) FY JABALPUR

Taking down/dismantling loose/damage concrete including plaster of any description and in any position from RCC structures like chajja, fins, roof ceiling,louvers, parapet, column, beam, and of lintel by hammering with wooden mallets carefully chipping off the old concrete surface with necessary scaffolding including cutting of rusted reinforcement if so required and disposal of old debris to outside the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced Concrete as in Columns, slab, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, and similar suspended work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) with necessary scaffolding and protection as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning the existing surface of concrete and reinforcements as obtained after execution of item No. 1 & 2 here in before by wire brush including scrapping & cleaning with emery paper and washing down with water as required and M&L for applying “Solvent free epoxy concrete bonding agent” as per manufacturer’s instructions on old concrete surfaces for bonding with new concrete complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Nitobond EP of FOSROC/Carbodur of SIKA/ or equivalent in PIDILITE

M&L for Applying two coats of “Epoxy zinc rich primer” as protective coat to expose surface of old and new reinforcement over 10 mm dia as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Nitozinc primer of FOSROC/Friazinc R of SIKA/ or equivalent in PIDILITE

All as per item No. 4 above but reinforcement upto 10mm dia. Note for item No 4 to 5 (i) The work shall be carried out by the trained person as per manufacturer's instructions i.e. FOSROC/SIKA/ PIDILITE

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bar 6mm to 8mm dia as in stirrups cut to lenth bent to shape required including cranking ,bending etc and lapping complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismicand other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, arapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&l for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick wall mixing with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction (Water proofing compound paid for seperately)of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&l for rendering 15 mm thick on faces other than fair of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 10 mm rendering in cement mortar (1:3) to ceiling and similar work finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only intregal water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and as directed including removal of debris.

Material and labour for brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick wall built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coat of oil bound distemper on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for two coats of cement base paint on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for two coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces as on ceiling including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the existing ceiling board of any description fixed in any position with nails and S&F in position suspended false celling system using E Grid suspended celling Grid system. The size of Grid shall be 600X600mm with GI frame work, main runner 39X24mm, cross tee 29X24mm and wall angle 22.2X22.2mm using 4mm thick High Pressure Stream cured non primered classic/designer variant E-Board ISI Marked IS No 14862-2000. Fibre cement E Board to be placed in the gird of E Grid suspended ceiling grid system duly suspended by 4mm dia GI bar hangers from the pulins of the roof with butter fly clips complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, Angle for ventilators etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E 165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors and paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, 75mm thick in plinth protection laid in panels and finished even and fair including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC shall be provided at every 3 meters and at every change of direction and shall be filled with mixture of bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight. Cost of this provision shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate for concrete in plinth protection.

M&L Hard core of Broken stone Boulders of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited spread & levelled in layers n exc 15cm watered and rammed to a true surface thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in soft/loose soil post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre painted GALVALUME ALUMINIUM ZINC coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with tapping screws including dismantling existing AC corrugated or semi corrugated sheet in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre painted GALVALUME ALUMINIUM ZINC coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling existing AC corrugated or semicorrugated sheet in roof coverings/cladding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, post/ Kerb/parafits etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling unframed timber scantlings 40 Sqcm and over in section any position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair collapsible steel gates, top hung, consisting for channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc., as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets, including taking down old collapsible steel gates etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to new steel surface including preparation of surfaces exceeding 10cm with or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down/removing the sxisting roof treatment including backing coat if any and disposal of debris to a distance not exceeding 100m as directed by Engr-in-Charge M & L for rendering in CM 1:4, 10 mm thick over roof surface finishing fair and even without using extra cement including mixing with WPC as per manufacture instructions and M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment/ specification from bottom to top all as specified and directed. (a) Applying bituminous primer of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 litres per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membranes of approved manufacturers, 3mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with non woollen polyester fabric or weight not less 150 gms/Sqm. (c) Applying two coats of aluminium paint on top of APP membranes Note : - (i) Laying of APP based membranes shall be executed through authorised applicator. (ii) A minimum over lap of 100mm and 75mm should be made in the end sides of polymeric membranes respectively and sealed all over laps and joints as manufacturer’s instructions.
