Taking down carefully Copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, Fan, Exaust Fan, Bell, socket or power point) complete including fixture & fitting such as switches, sockets, power socket, bell, bell push, light fittings, regulator, bracket holder and making good disturbed surfaces of wall and ceiling etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable sub main wiring any size and type including conduit/casing patti etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable DBs any type / size including MCB and MCCBs by carefully disconnecting and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as directed.

Material and labour for Point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core unsheathed PVC insulated 1100 V, FRLS grade with multistranded copper conductor ISI marked drawn through in existing concealed / surface PVC/Steel conduit and accessories and replace laminated sheet 3mm thick on existing MS pressed steel terminal box for mounting of switches, socket regulator etc including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed cable multistranded copper conductor and connecting to earth dolly for the following complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge. (a) One light point controlled by one 5 Amps one way switch.

(b) One light point controlled by two Two way switch

(c) One ceiling Fan/ Exhaust Fan point controlled by one 5 Amps switch.

(d) One bell/buzzer point controlled by one bell push button on independent board.

Taking down carefully after disconnecting electrical/water supply connections and transporting to the work shop for carry out the servicing / over hauling of the storage type electric water heaters (Geysers) of capacity 25 / 50 litres of any make / type by cleaing the inner surface of the tank / heating element with chemical to remove the scaling / rust & reassembling the same after replacing burnt out parts and refixing on its original position including testing complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair heating element of the following ratings as required at site including rubber washer/packing complete all as specified and directed. (a) 1/1.5 KW

Supply and fix in repair thermostat as per existing type suitable for geysers 25 / 50 litres, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 15mm steel hot water pipe with two brass adopters 18" long and fixing in position for hot water outlet connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supply an fix in repair PVC connection with two brass adaptors 18" long & fixing in position for cold water inlet connection complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair Gunmetal stop cock ISI marked 15mm dia & connecting up in position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the defective ceiling fan of any sweep and make after disconnecting electrically & mechanically, dismantling, examine and transporting to the work shop & carry out the repairs as required and brought back to site, re-fixing, testing in all respect for smooth running and comprising of the following:- (a) Servicing/overhauling the ceiling fan by thoroughly cleaning the bearing, shaft, stator, rotor & applying the lubricant / grease to the bearing including applying one coat of super enameled varnish over the winding to improve the insulation value complete. Note : (i) Rewinding of fan shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Spare parts of ceiling fan shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only.

Material and labour for Re-winding of ceiling fan any sweep with same guage supper enameled copper wire to maintain speed at load complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of ceiling fan any sweep taken down vide item No 56 by applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed

Supply only ball bearings for exhaust/ceiling fan of any sweep complete all as specified and directed. Make : SKF/NBC/FAG

Supply only GUN METAL BUSH for exhaust / ceiling fan of any sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs fan condenser of following sizes :- (a) 2.5 mfd

(b) 4 to 6 mfd, Make : Asian/ EPCOS

Supply only rubber reel, nut bolts, washer, split pin complete set all as specified and directed.

Taking down the repairable exhaust fan of 250 MM to 300 MM sweep, any make, single phase, 230 volts, 50 hz, AC after disconnecting electrically and mechanically and transporting to the work shop dismantling, examine & carry out the repairs as required and brought back to site, re-fixing, testing in all respect for smooth running and comprising of the following:- (a) Servicing/overhauling the exhuast fan by thoroughly clelaning the bearing, shaft, stator, rotor & applying the lubricant / grease to the bearing including applying one coat of super enameled varnish over the winding to improve the resistance value. Note : (i) Rewinding of fan shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Spare parts of ceiling fan shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only

(b) Material and labour for re-winding of exhaust fan 250 MM to 300 MM sweep, any make, taken down vide item No 66 with same guage supper enameled copper wire to maintain speed at load, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above item No- 66 but exhaust fan 300 to 450mm sweep. (a) Servicing/overhauling the exhaust fan by thoroughly cleaning the bearing, shaft, stator, rotor & applying the lubricant / grease to the bearing including applying one coat of super enameled varnish over the winding to improve the insulation resistance value. Note : (i) Rewinding of fan shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Spare parts of ceiling fan shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only

(b) Re-winding of exhaust fan 300 to 450 mm sweep, any make, taking down vide item No 68 with same guage supper enameled copper wire to maintain speed at load, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc ,inlcuding making Electrical / Water supply connection and additions / Alterations to Existing Brackets, testing and taking down old unsericeable heater and depositing to MES store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the existing un-serviceable exhaust fan of any sweep including deposited to MES store and Supply and fix exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 300mm sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the existing un-serviceable exhaust fan of any sweep including deposited to MES store and Supply and fixing PVC exhaust fan 250 mm sweep,single phase 230 volts, 50 Hz complete with copper wire for connection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the existing un-serviceable ceiling fan of any sweep deposited to MES store and Supply and fixing ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) with new copper connection wires complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC insulated and PVC sheated 3 core copper cable (P+E+N) of 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor complete all as specified and directed. Note : 3 runs of cable shall be measured in one unit length

Supply and fix electronic meters temper proof LCD display with polycarbonate cover 230 V, 10-40Amp, accuracy class-I 50Hz, conforming to IS13779, IP-54, with parameters to show data, time, current reading, load, PF, voltage and KWH including taking down of old meter and depositing to MES store complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 20mm medium grade inclusive of necessary tees, bends,elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc complete all as specified and directed.

On load filteration of transformer oil by continueous circulation of transformer oil through mechanical filters to achive the desired dielectric strength of 35 KV for one minute at 4 mm gap complete all as specified. Note: 1.Oil samples are to collected from top and bottom of oil tank and test results to be recorded for each sample before and after filteration.

Supply and topping up transformer oil of dielectric strength 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap in transformers of various capacity installed in various locations complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (a) New Transformer oil shall be filled in the transformer only after filteration and dehydration of existing transformer oil of the transformer. (b) Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed barrel with test result and test certificate.

Supply and fix in repair breather assembly transparent plastic body with top and bottom portion pressed with metallic cover, filled with silica gel blue in colour and suitable for fixing on existing pipe of size 15/20/25 mm dia with suitable reducers/connectors etc as per site requirement /capacity of transformer complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of modification if any required to fix on existing MS Pipe.

Repair to gang operated air brake switch device upto 100 Amps,22 KV capacity including greasing/oiling of all moving contacts, renewal of nut bolts,washers of suitable sizes,unserviceable spares and jumper connections in all phases for smooth functioning of the devices all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Unserviceable spares and jumper connections replaced shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only"

Note : Unserviceable spares and jumper connections replaced shall be measured and paid seprately as "Supply only"

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of 22 KV outdoor type Polymer based gang operated air brake switch triple pole, suitable for verticle mounting complete , GI operating rod of suitable length for operating mechanism worked from ground level complete in both OFF and ON positions, for current rating upto 200 Amps,each pole consist of galvanised steel base HT insulators as per BSS/ISS non ferrous knife and spring loaded contacts, arcing horns of adequate section to brake magenetizing current of the transformers. Material and labour for preperation of old painted steel surface of 6/4/2 pole structure HT/LT street light/HT steel tublar poles 8.5/9.0/11/13 mtr long above GL/coping including cross arms,channels,Flat iron,Clamps in LT/HT OH line by scraping with wire brush/ sand paper and applying one coat of aluminium paint including pole numbering all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge for the following types:- a) HT 4 Pole structure 11 metre long

b) HT 2 Pole structure 11 metre long

c) HT pole 11 metre long

d) LT pole 8.5/9 metre long

Disconnecting the transformer outdoor type from HT/ LT system and opening carefully by draining out transformer oil upto HT/LT boxes for rectifying the leakage by replacing the unserviceable spare parts of capacity 50 to 750 KVA transformer, refilling the transformer oil and complete assembling after repairs including testing for any oil leakages and connecting the HT/LT system after the leakages have been rectified and tested on available electric load complete all a specified and directed. Note : Defective parts replaced will be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" under respective items here in after.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of transformer, removing rusted scale/oil & painting of transformer with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved make duly Marking/ Writting MES/SM No. all as directed by Engr-in-charge for : (a) 160 to 250 KVA capacity of transformer.

(b) 300 to 500 KVA capacity of transformer.

Re-Stringing of HT/LT over head conductor and earth conductors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge
