M&L 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in Two layers of 75mm each (compacted) on with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) lime stone, sand stone flint or quartzite, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 12 Tonne power roller and Preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat @ 10 Kg/10 Sqm using paving bitumen (VG-10) by mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 2 here-in-before but except material. Note :- Old serviceable material retrieved from ser item No 01 here-in-before shall be reused.

M&L Preparing Black top surface (Bituminous Macadam) by brushing with wire brush to remove caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags and applying evenly a priming/tack coat @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm using paving bitumen (VG-10) by mechanical sprayer and laying bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40mm thick consolidated thickness with paving bitumen (VG-30), binder content @ 5.5% by weight of total mix, including supply and mixing of filler (OPC Cement) as per design mix, spread using mechanical sensor paver rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 Tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for marking lines/strips on roads/pavement with thermo plastic paint (tint as approved by GE) by hot mixing method as per IS specification, heating with gas, to achieve minimum uniform thickness 1.5 mm using painting materials @ 6.5Kg/Sqm and glass beads @ 250 gm/Sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note : The paint shall be 1st quality.

All as per ser item No 38 but here-in-before except brick Note: Serviceable bricks retrieved from item No 21 shall be reused after proper cleaning and removal of old mortar.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick/ concrete surfaces using waterproofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and finished surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note - WPC to be measured and paid separately.

S&F mild steel posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc. flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc including MS bars for tightening chain link necessary drilling bolting riveting etc. & similar work, fence with all nut & bolts conforming to Fe- 410 - or Fe-310-0 complete all as specified and directed. Note: Serviceable bricks retrieved from item No 21 shall be reused after proper cleaning and removal of old mortar.

All as per ser item No 41 here-in-before but fixing only complete all as specified and directed. Note: Serviceable mild steel post & struts retrieved from item No 41 here-in-before shall be reused.

S&F in repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing & straining & fixing to any type of Standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with & provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 43 here-in-before but fixing in repairs after restraining resecuring and good staples etc.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoarsed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams; bases for columns, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts ,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with & including either hooks & hinges or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails & guides) & hanging, also fastening & fixing complete confirming to Fe-410W(Gde E-250) of quality A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly or previously untreated steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, at site complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing old steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing on new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.
