Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable/erection of pole and getting out in soft / loose, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying Sand coarse dry as in cushioning of underground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable ) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Only punned down sand shall be measured.

M&L for un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type I with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm with MES marking on the top of the cover ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 11 KV of rating 630 Amps RMU unit outdoor type (IP-54) protection duly painted ,SF-6 gas insulated RMU (Ring main unit) Three way comprising of Two numbers SF6 insulated load break switch as outgoing and one number Vacuum Circuit Breaker as incoming inside SF6 gas filled stainless steel (nonferrous and nonmagnetic grade) tank having IP-67 degree of protection with painting as per manufacturer specification & leak rate of SF-6 gas less than 0.1% , gas refillable at site/factory. RMU should be provided with Copper Bus bar, one number fault passage indicator , mechanism for interlocking arrangements for powered relay complete with all accessories as under. (a) RMU type installation Outdoor type, arc proof as per IEC: 62271-200 for design, Manufacturing and testing. The RMU must have the following features/specifications :- (i) Rated Voltage upto -12 KV. (ii) Rated power frequency withstand voltage -28KV. (iii) Rated lightning impulse withstand voltage -should be minimum 95 KVP. (iv) Rated current for ring main feeder -630A. (v) Rated current for VCB feeder- 630A. (vi) Rated short-time current-21 KA/3 Sec. (vii) Rated short making current -52.5 KA. (viii) Ambient temperature- (-1 degree Celsius to +45 degree Celsius), (ix) Degree of protection against accidental contact and ingress of foreign objects must be assured as under :- (aa) Main electric circuits : IP-67, (ab) Fuse compartment IP3X, (ac) Operating mechanism -IPXC, (ad) Cable connection compartment -IP2XC with site replaceable cable busing.

M&L for fly ash brick in CM (1:4) rendering using sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick in cm (1:4) rendering on fair face of brick work finished even & smooth without using extra cement ,complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply ,laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 185 sq mm, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : PCC route indicators to be fixed on every 50 mtr distance duly written 'HT CABLE' on each route indicator and rate to be catered in this item rate

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor terminal heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sq mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing/laying 80mm bore, steel tubings, galvanised, light grade with all fitting laid across road , in trenches or across PCC drain or along electric pole or floor/wall etc for protection of cable, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrodes of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of 32 mm x 6mm earth lead by means of nuts bolts check nuts GI washers earth wire protected by galvanized iron pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type CI, precast RCC cover slab of size 30x30x10 cm with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia MS bar funnel wire mesh 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) for watering charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSr part 1 including testing on completion .

M&L for drilling hole horizontally road under ( min 1 mtr) pavement hardstanding by treanchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine suitable and including 150 mm dia HDPE pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.
