A Pre-treatment System

Supply and installation of Digital Flow transmitter at raw water inlet in to the raw water tank (Suitable for water flow of 0 - 200 m³/Hr.) which will be interlocked with NaOCl dosing system for recirculation,Existing Make GF. Supply and installation of On-line Sodium Hypochlorite dosing system complete with dosing pump, tubing's, valves, control panel, level switch, ball valve, wiring, dosing tank with lid (min 300 lit , MOC : HDPE ) etc. as per approved specs and drawings. The dosing shall be adjustable with the feed water flow to maintain the required concentration. Feed water flow 5 - 200 m³/hr. suitable for 200 NB pipe size (Concentration of dosing to be proposed by the vendor based on the raw water analysis report). Flow rate of dosing pump [email protected]

Refurbishment (SITC) of Multigrade filter (MGF) (For Black Utility) The filteration media of existing MGF (Vessel size : 48'X72") to be removed and replaced and it should include 6-14 BS Mesh Sand 16-30BS Mesh Sand 1/4" Gravels 1/16" Gravels . Replacement of stainer inside FRP vessel (claw type) - 2 Nos/ vessel Capacity to be achieved: recommissioning to be done to achieve 30 m³/Hr average flow at the out let of MGF Note: Volume of each media to be calculated to meet the capacity. Rectification of damaged Interconnection piping and components that may arise during refurbishment, if any, to be in the scope of work of the bidder. NOTE : Size/Capacity: 30 m³/hr

Refurbishment (SITC) to be done on Fully automatic water softening plant (For Black Utility) which is in FRP construction, complete with resin, brine charging tank with accessories for regeneration, ejector, resin traps, Feed pumps, suction/discharge valve, interconnecting piping, valves,Pressure gauges, flow indicator transmitter, etc. as per approved specifications and drawings. Works to be done on removing the existing media are: Total No of softner units (vessel size 42" x 72") - 2 Nos. 1. Softener resin to be replaced with 1700 lit (850 lit in one vessel x 2 nos) of sodium based resin , particularly Indion 225 Na resin to be provided. 2. Resin Supporting bed to be provided with 800 Kgs (400 kg in one vessel x 2 nos) , Coarse & Fine Silex. 3. Replacement of Brine mixing tank with lid (drain line and fittings also to be considered) - 1 no with MOC HDPE and size 1500 lit 4. SITC of solenoid valves,Internal wiring with all the require switches, controller, contactors, all control cabling required for the instrument to control panel, PU tubes etc to be checked and if required to be replaced. Recommissioning of the entire system according to control phylosophy.

Supply of chemicals and validation of system : cleaning of entire pipings (uPVC) to be done before recommissioning and validation of the refurbished system to done after refurbishing to meet the required water quality parameters.
