Construction of Development of different ancillary and Miscellaneous works of Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Kulailo in the dist of Cuttack

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per direction and specification of Engineer in charge.

Excavation for road work in soil with hydrulic excavator for 0.9cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in acordance with requirements of lines grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead up to 1000mm with cost of all labour machnaries T&P etc complete as per specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road way cutting and other structures with all lifts and leads graded and compacted to meet requirement as per approved drawing and technical specification as per section 900 and clause 305 of MORT&H specification for road and bridge works (5th revision) and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in all kinds of soil upto the required depth including moorum, stoney earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting including dressing, leveling the bed and depositing the excavated materials away from work site with initial leads and lifts, T&P shoring, shuttering and dewatering if required etc, complete as directed by the Engineer-in–charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed in depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction by the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm(1½”) size hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete watering, curing etc, complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 0’-6” thick including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc, complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) in foundation and floors using 12mm(½”) size hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete watering, curing etc, complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 0’-6” thick including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc, complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

RCC M-20 using black hard granite crusher broken chips of 10mm to 20mm size (10mm 40% and 20mm 60% ) of approaved quality from approved quarry to achieve the minimum compressive strength of 200kg/cm2 250kg/cm2, 3.00 kg/cm2 of 150mm size cubes on 28 days test confirming to codal provision including hoisting lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting in vibrators and watering for 28 days including centering shuttering from works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves where necessary including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials with all leads and lifts and cost of all labour T&P mechineries required for the work de-watering if necessary compalete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge including dismantling the centering and shuttering but excluding cost conveaynce of MS rod or tor steel & bind wire and labour charges for strengthening cutting beinding binding wilding and tying the grills etc hoisting and placing in positing (to be paid separetely for RCC work)

Factory made single leaf rigid FRP(alternately called GRP) sandwich composite door shutter of 32mm thick laminated with two GRP skins with wood grain finish fabricated using UV-stabilised Isopthalic Gelcoat and one layer of 450 gsm E-glass Chopped Strand Mat (CSM) impregnated with orthopthalic palyester resin.
