SCHEDULE 'A' PART-X (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) (A) Internal Electrification S&F LED tube light fitting 20W (4 ft), minimum colour temperature 6000K, Surface mounted with suitable driver complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells, Type: LHEWEBP6IN1W020 or equivalent make of Philips/Bajaj/SYSKA

(A)Sewage disposal M&L for 10 user's capacity brick masonay conventional type septic tank design to carry out sewage and sludge water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, vent shaft, connection complete and shown in drawing No AF/TD/233 of CE(AF)SZ.

M&L for 1.8m diax3m effective depth including soakage well excavation , in any type of soil, foundation in PCC (1:3:6) walls of honey combind masonary with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonry in CM , RCC cover slab in M25/SFRC cover, inter connecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats complete all as specified and shown in drawing As TD-AF/TD/STRU/235of CE(AF)SZ.

Supply and fixing for 1X36 Watt powder coated pressure die cast aluminium compact high power LED street light fitting, IP 66 protection with heat resistant toughened glass with lens cover in frame with 36 watt LED lamp including GI bracket fittings made out 40mm dia GI pipe light grade 1.5 mtr long bend to shape with 2 Nos street light clamp of size 40 mm x 6 mm, nuts and bolts etc and connection through PVC -two single core insulated aluminium conductor to junction box connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for loop out junction box with IP 65 protection of size (200 x160x98) mm as per cat no KF 5255 of Hensel or equivalent make, fixed to pole with suitable FI clamp 20x3mm including nuts , bolts and washers etc including provision of connector for connection of cables all as specified and directed.
