Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded materials, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by min place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting wih smooth wheel rollder to achive the desired densty complete as per technical specification cluase 401

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1 cement :3 coarse sand :6 graded stone ballast 40 mm. nominal size) including supply of all material. Labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of formwork in foundation and floors.as per S.I.No-280

R.C.C. work with cement approved course sand and 2 cm(3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1:5:3 in footing as per S.I.No-284(b)

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in overall rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastages and over lapping and hookes.as per SI No.504
