Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m width & not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting out in hard / dense soil for laying cable/erecting poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as specified.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point.

Demolition of pre-cast cement concrete block masonary, built in cement mortar all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing along with fittings such as tee, bends etc fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors or in trenches and connections including removal from site of following sizes:-

25 mm bore

40mm bore

50 mm bore

Taking up cast iron water mains (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead of following dia pipes :-

Refixing old serviceable steel tubes and connections with all fittings such as sockets, bends, tees, unions, short pieces etc in old or new position including cutting threading and cleaning fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors etc of following sizes :-

40 mm bore.

Supply and lay 150 mm dia Ductile iron pipe, spigot and socket with Rubber joints, class K-7 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay 100 mm dia Ductile iron pipe, spigot and socket with Rubber joints, class K-7 complete all as specified and as directed. Note for item no 8 & 9 :-Specials will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule

M & L Ductile iron fittings suitable for K-7 D I pipes such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tee pieces single branch ‘Y’ junction, double branch, cross (all socket or socket and spigot or flanged and socket etc) color, caps and plugs suitable for DI pipe 40 mm to 200 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Cutting the existing pipe line and insertion of Tee for fixing of slucie valves except DI specials complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Construction of Valve pit chamber of size 900x900x900mm (internal) with PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate for foundation, brick work in cement mortar 1:4 for wall, 50mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I as cping, 10mm thick cement mortar 1:4 for plastering internally and externally, 3mm thick MS sheet cover with 25 X 3mm thick MS flat iron welded around and across tfixed on angle iron 35x35x5mm thick for frame with locking arrangement and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, three coats of white wash inside / out side wall surfaces, Demolition of existing unserviceable valve pit chamber complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cast iron sluice valve, PN 1.0 with both ends flanged confirming to the IS 14846 with brass spindle and iron wheel head flanged inclding new rubber gaskets, bolts and nuts etc including dismantling of existing unserviceable one for the following sizes:-

Supply and lay galvanised iron pipe, "medium grade", including all fittings such as tees bends etc laid in trenches of following dia :-

Supply and fixing galvanised iron pipes, "medium grade", including all fittings such as tees bends etc in floor/wall of following dia :-

Cutting the tar macadam road / hard standings for laying pipes and excavating not exc 0.6 wide and not exceeding 0.75m in depth and getting out, and filing back,ramming watering etc complete and finishing it with 200mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 after laying pipes all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for pre cast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1, using 20 mm graded stone agrregate as in solid block masonry exc 10cm in width having minimum compressive strength of 50 kg/sq cm as per IS 2185 (Part I) 2005 and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix gun metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe fixed of following sizes including taking down old unserviceable gate valves:-

Taking down existing 100mm dia pipe line from trench, cleaning and depositing to MES Store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay 200 mm dia Ductile iron pipe , spigot and socket joints with Rubber joints, class K-9 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay 150 mm dia Ductile iron pipe, spigot and socket with Rubber joints, class K-9 complete all as specified and as directed. Note for item No 20 & 21 :-Specials will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Supply and laying mild steel 200mm dia pipe medium grade laid in floor/wall including flanges, nut, bolt, washers and rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying MS pipe 150mm dia medium grade laid in floor/wall including nut, bolt, washers and rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix non return valve of size 200 mm bore, ISI marked, flanged ends complete with suitable size and bolts, nuts for jointing complete all as specified and directed.
