Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work , using cement content as per approved design mix , manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads , having continuous agitated mixer , manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying, excluding the cost of centering ,shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete , improve workability without impairing strength and durability - Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg / cum. 12mm cement plaster of mix -1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Supply of Quarry rubbish including stacking to department gauge for premeasurement and spreading required thickness.

Disposal of unserviceable materials like debris, scarified road material, building material etc from the site within an average lead upto 10Km. The rate including incidental charges and loading charges on the PWD yard / road side, low lying area etc, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (The disposal point should be identified by the contractor itself).

Finishing the top surface of the concrete smooth with power trowelling including floor hardener at the rate of 4 Kg/ sqm and roughening the surface with steel wire brush in straight direction perpendicular to the road as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of all machineries, labour and all taxes etc., complete.

Cutting shrinkage joints 4mm x15mm at centre of road and traverse joints between 2 to 3m c/c as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of all machineries, labour and all taxes etc complete.
