Dismantling carefully motor from site of installation and transportion to work shop and them removing all burnt/ worn out coils cleaning of stator slots and insertion of insulating paper in the slots of appropriate size and rewinding with supper enameled copper wire ISI marked with existing size and varnishing with two coats of insulating varnish including all winding materials for 3 phase 415 volts 50 HZ of any make and model complete reinstallation of motor at site upto the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge for the following capacity :-

Note :- (i) Any alignment in the pump set if required. The same shall also be carried out by the contractor without any extra payment.

Overhauling of compressor SMC 2-65 model accel make and its oil pump complete all as per manufacturers instructions/guideline through authorised dealer/person by replacement of defective spare parts, suction stop valve assembly,discharge stop valve assembly, compressor safety valve to improve the performance and to achieve design parameters all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. Note:- (a) New materials as required shall be measured and paid seperately as Supply only and the serviceable part to be reused as directed by engr-in-charge and cost of labour & T & P shall be deemed to include in the quoted rate of this item. (b) Unit rate quoted shall include for the necessary elelctrical check i.e checking of panel wiring to run the compressor smoothly. (c) Before opening of compressor the freon gas to be taken in empty cylinder by the help Ice or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (d) Unit rate quoted shall also be included for testing the whole system for any leakage using nitrogen by vaccumising the system and filling the system with pressurise nitrogen to rectify the leakage including nitrogen gas as required and top up repaired compressor and whole system with refrigerant gas R-22 and compressor oil after confirmation of no leakage. (e) Unit rate quoted shall also be inclusive of charging of Compressor oil and refrigerant of sufficient quantity or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (f) Refrigerant and compressor oil will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item as a supply only .
