Schedule 'A' Part-I (a) PEB HANGAR : Analysis, design, detailing and supply of detailed Architectural & Structural drawings, and construction of Hangar of PEB structure of size 45mx45m, of 12.5m minimum clear height from the bottom most part of the roof beam girder to FFL on either side. Roof slope maximum permissible so as to have smooth drainage of rainwater and leak proof structure. The slope shall not be more than 1:10 including Annexe (Admin/Tech Accn) on both sides of PEB Hangar one side triple storey and other side four storey (all dimensions as per Architectural drawings). The maximum height at the ridge shall not be more than 16.50Mtr including height of aviation light or any lightening arrester. all as specified and as under:- (i) Pre Engineered Building Steel structure for Hangar of size 45mx45m and height as specified herein-before placed in between two annexes on RCC isolated footing (using RMC) based on soil investigation Report, anchor bolts, base plates and all structural steel items, rain water eaves-gutters and down take pipes, cable ducts, bird proofing of Aluminium alloy wire mesh fixed with aluminium snap grid framework, etc., with electrically operated sliding doors (on front side of Hangar) with steel frame, etc, with Alu-Zinc colour coated profiled steel roofing sheets 0.5mm thick (TCT) and yield strength of 550 MPa in wall cladding and roofing (maximum of 15% roof / wall sheeting with semi transparent triple layer polycarbonate sheets of thickness 6mm), with synthetic fibres (only virgin) synthetic, monofilament polyster fibres cut length 12mm to 18mm, inert to concrete environment shall be used as a secondary reinforcement in cement based matrix and no recycled material shall be permitted. Excluding as per schedule 'A' part-III and item No. 24 to 28 of this BoQ in hangar flooring but including epoxy flooring for entire hangar flooring area complete all as specified and as shown on drawings.

(b) Admin/Tech accn for Hangar Annexes : Analysis, design, detailing and supply of detailing and supply of detailed Architectural and Structural drawings, (including constn of Annexexes (Admin/Tech Accn) on either side of Hangar (Dimension as per line plan) in double storey and triple as permanent structure with RCC framed construction. Internal Electrification, Internal Water supply etc complete all as specified and as shown on drawings. (i) Stilt Floor (Parking Area) (ii) Annex Bldg except Still Area (Double Storey on one side and Triple Storey on other side) (iii) Reinforcement cement concrete of grade M-30 design mix water tank of 22000 ltrs capacity with partition wall for fire fighting and domestic purpose on both annexe each. The capacity of tank will be divided in two parts one of 20,000 ltrs for fire fighting and 2,000 ltrs for domestic purpose. There will be provn of over flow filling of domestic portion to keep fire fighting part always full of water. Total height should be within permissible limit of height of building. The rate includes the provisions of the following :- (i) Necessary foundation for the PEB structure and Annexes shall be followed as per Sch 'A' notes. (ii) Necessary excavtion for the foundation. (iii) All types of joinery, building hardware and other items which are essential and required to complete the building in all respect as specified

GENERAL SUMMARY NOTE: Schedule ‘A’ Part - IA, II to XVIII are prepriced by MES under Ser No. 4.00 to 21.00. Bidders shall insert their lumpsum amount in the Green coloured field under Col-6 only.

OBSTRUCTION LIGHT Supply and Fix aviation obstruction light LED type of system wattage 10W, 240 volt and 80 mili Amps current capacity diecast aluminium with red coloured ploy carbonate doom including mounting brackets and providing 3 core 1.5 sqmm wire in PVC conduit from light fitting to Socket/Switch box complete of Baja, havells, crompton, Philips complete all as specified and as directed.

STAND BY POWER SUPPLY Supply, install, testing and commissioning of approved OEM factory assembled diesel generator set of totally enclosed and sound proof (with acoustic enclosure) of capacity 160 KVA, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, 1500 RPM, AC power supply with power factor 0.8, coupled directly to alternator mounted on common base plate complete with fuel tank, battery and standard accessories and fittings, vibration pads, PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed. The genset shall conform to CPCB-IV norms for noise and emission limits and including the following : (a) Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 160 KVA net output at site after considering all derating factors, site conditions and at power factor 0.8, AC 3 phase, 4 wire 415 volts, 50 cycles, 1500 RPM, self excited, self regulated, screen protected, drip proof IP-23 enclosure, brushless design, insulating class H, voltage regulation +/- 1% operated voltage from no load to full load and shall be in position to generate supply with frequency regulation within +/- 3% tolerance, revolving field type. (b) DIESEL ENGINE: Adequate capacity diesel engine suitable to above alternator, radiator water cooled, to drive independently above alternator and after considering derating as per site conditions directly coupled to alternator multicylinder, multistroke, direct injection, cold starting, 1500 RPM, with an overload cap of 10% for 1 hour and in any load for 12 hours continuous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe running and operation with accessories shall be as under:- (i) Flywheel (ii) Air cleaner wet/dry type

(iii) fuel Filter (iv) Fuel Injection system incl.injection pump, solenoid switch, nozzle as per manufacturer's specifications (v) Lubricating oil filter (vi) Lubricating oil pump (vii) Turbocharger (viii) Radiator (ix) 24 volts starting system consisting of batteries of capacity as recommended by manufacturer, battery connections with copper leads and with lugs of adequate size, initial charging of batteries, battery charger/ generator with regulator, starter motor, starter gear (x) Extension of exhaust silencer complete with exhaust pipe of suitable dia from out side canopy to out side of bldg/shed all covered with glass wool wrapped with aluminium foil of 28 SWG adequate to create draft for safe exhaust without transferring vibrations to buildings / walls, flexible exhaust pipe complete. (xi) Microprocessor control electronic metering and module for indication of battery voltage, oil pressure, engine RPM, hour meter and protection against low oil pressure and over speed of engine including electronic governing. (xii) Battery charging system with suitable capacity battery charger complete with necessary connecting leads etc all as directed (xiii) Radiator cooling system comprising of radiator, radiator fan belt.

(xiv) Fuel hoses. (xv) In Built Fuel tank of 08 hours run on full load capacity of DG set (xvi) Air intake system (xvii) Common base frame of sturdy design suitable for antivibration mounting and permanent concrete foundation for mounting engine and alternator as per manufacturers instructions. (c) CONTROL PANEL :- CRCA Steel fabricated indoor type for controlling the above generating set.
