AGM, Firm shall submit Performance Guarantee for amount equivalent to 5% of the Contract value. This performance, guarantee shall be in the form of Bank Guarantee executed and submitted through any scheduled commercial, Bank authorized by RBI. The Performance bank guarantee shall be valid entire warranty period plus 3 months, claim period. Government of India has established NeSL under IBC2016 with objective of executing Bank, documents digitally. NeSL has come out with e-BG platform, wherein BGs are issued in electronic form through, NeSL platform. PBG shall be submitted through NeSL platform. (National E-Governance Services Ltd) .
