C/O Temporary gate for Shoolini Fair-2025 including making necessary decoration at Municipal Office Lawn & in thodo ground for Handicrafts and Govt. stall.as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Construction of Temporary (Pagoda type) Stalls for Shoolini fair with iron frame heaving FR material ( fire resistance & water Resistance ) with , size of stall should be 10 feet x 10 feet & 9 feet clear height, sloppy roofing extra. Stall should be fully coverd all three sides (Back, and both sides ) with FR material. Floor of stall should be decorated with green mat, walls and ceiling covered with white cloth, Facia should be 1'-6" wide, . Passage outside of stalls furnished with 5' wide red mat and providing 6 Nos. table, Table cloth & 6 Nos chair including necessary decoration in stalls.as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing Mojo Barricading around the DARSHAK DIRGHA in front of stage at Thodo Ground,Solan having 3'-6" feet height & including all materials etc.as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing of heavy Duty steel Barricading (Crowd Control barricades ) inside the DARSHAK DIRGHA in front of stage at Thodo Ground and Shoolini parking Solan haeving 3'-6" feet height & including all materials etc.as directed by Engineer-in-charge

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

You have to quote rate including all types and carriage and dismantling the same after completion of Shoolini Fair, 2025. The above work should be completed on dated 20.06.2025 before 9.00A.M positively.

GST shall be Extra as applicable.

Income tax and sales tax as applicabe will be deducted by the Department on gross amount of bill at the source of payment .

All articles should be removed within 24 hours after completion of Shoolini fair, 2025 failing which Rs. 5000/-Only per day will be charged from the Contractor and recovered from the gross bill.

The rate should be quoted per itmes for three working days i.e. 20.06.2025 to 22.06.2025.

For any damage due to use /fire, Climate will be borne by the contractor.

Contractor will himself responsible for the safe custody of the articles at site.

The article will be installed after the inspection and full satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

The Purchase/ tender Committee or Commissioner, MC Solan reserves the right to vary the quantity (increase or decrease) with the validity of the contract without any change in price or other items and conditions with commensurate increase or decrease upto 25% of awarded amount in delivery period. It must be clearly understood that the demand may fluctuate and the approximate requirements are given in the tender document. Bidder shall be bound to supply the item(s) in such a quantity as required by MC Solan during shoolini fair, 2025.
