Comprehensive maintenance of 320 KVA DG Set including draining out and refilling of engine oil / lubricant coolant, taking out of unserviceable oil filter element, fuel filter element, fuel flexible pipe, V-belt for water pump and alternator, air filter element, cleaning of Fuel tank etc and re-assembling the same to make DG set serviceable to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Kirloskar Location : Sub-station at Mechuka & Tuting . Note : (i) Spares parts and lubricants to be measured and paid as supply only separately under respective items here-in-after.:- (ii) Servicing to be carried out after every 250 Hrs run of DG Set as per log register by authorised service engineers (iii) Job wii be carried out at Mechuka and Tuting saparately.

Dismantling of radiator assembly of 35 KVA DG set of Kirloskar make and re-fixing the same after proper cleaning of the copper cooling tubes with caustic soda and brazing the tube if any leakage observed during cleaning complete all as per specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 5 here-in-above but for 320 KVA capacity DG set complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply only Engine oil 15 W 40 multi grade to topup / refilling of all DG sets of various capacity, model & location as per the standard engineering practice complete all as specified and directed. Make: Servo / Castrol / HP / Valvoline.

Supply only distilled water as per sample approved and suitable for battery complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only coolant suitable for DG sets of various capacity, model & location as mentioned above as per the standard practice, complete all as specified and directed. Make : CASTROL / SERVO / PUROKOOL / K-Cool.

Material & labour for painting of 35 KVA DG sets after cleaning the body surface of engine and alteranator by rubbing with emery paper to remove oil stains, dust etc. and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray paint including rewriting existing SM No/MES No for 35 KVA DG Set, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No.10 here but 320 KVA capacity DG set.

Disconnecting the self starter (24V) from the engine body, dismantling the same, checking for identification of faulty spares and re-assembling the same after replacement/renewal of faulty spares, if required, including refixing to its original position, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Spares required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only following spares for fixing in repair against the faulty one for the self starter (24V) suitable for engine of 320 KVA of make Kirloskar, complete all as specified and directed :- PART No.-DV.027.11.0.00

Labour only for lifting /lowering of U/S 5 HP capacity submersible pump set from tube well after disconnecting the electric supply and taking out all column pipes flanged/socket type 80 mm size 18.15 RM long keeping serviceable fittings in safe custody for reuse/removing U/S materials from site/ making good disturbed surfaces and carrying submersible pump set to nearest repairing workshop including bringing back after repair work including lowering the same and connecting of electric supply to motor, testing/commissioning etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dismantling carefully submersible motor 5 HP capacity and taking out the burnt/worn coils from the slots of stator and other accessories such as ball bearing/bushing and rotor etc . including necessay cutting/grinding/drilling/ machining works for fixing of spare parts and cleaning the stator slots and rewinding the same with PVC insulated copper winding of gauge suitable for 5 HP motor and re-assembling the submersible motor 5HP including testing complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for Dismentling carefully submersible pump 5 HP capacity and taking out all serviceable and unserviceable parts and cleaning/removing all dust particals such as mould and moss etc. Re-assembling the same after greasing the ball bearing including necessary gaskets and replacement of unserviceable spare parts complete all as specified and directed. Note : Spares / materials required for replacement will be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling carefully centrifugal motor 5HP capacity and taking out the burnt/worn coils from the slots of stator and other accessories such as ball bearing and rottor and cleaning the stator slots and rewinding the same with new supper enamelled copper winding with appropriate gauge, heating, varnishing with doctor beck's insulating varnish and re-assembling the same and testing comissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing existing old treated asphaltic surfaces by brushing with plastic wire brushes for removing all dust & durt and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.and applying one coat of runway marking ,runway paint (aqua base) golden yellow/ orange/ red for lines, arrows, letters etc. width or girth exc. 100mm, complete all as per specified and as directed Note :- Painting of runway shall be as per users requirement viz once before Mansoon and after mansoon or as necessiated complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Cleaning of drain shall be as per users requirement viz once before Mansoon and after mansoon or as necessitated and directed by Engr - in- Charge. Proper record of the same shall be maintained. The same shall from basis for claiming of payment under the item.
