M&L for Cleaning and removing all scales and deposited materials in Under ground water sump/OHT of following capacity by applying bleaching powder , brushes for removing deposited materials, including cleaning to sourrounding area including draining out existing water using dewatering pump complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The cost of coir rope, bleaching powder, brush for removing scales & cleaning the surrounding area near tank and dumping the mud outside the premises & writting date of cleaning, tank capacity shall be deemed to include in the above item rate. Supply and mixing Stable Bleaching powder conforming to IS specifications 1065 (Part -2)/2019 Grade 1, minimum available chlorine percentage lay by mass 34% + 1% in 25 Kg polythene HDPE bags duly marked date of manufacturing and batch No. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and mixing alumina ferric (Grade-IV) suitable for purification of drinking water in the form of solid lumps/slabs from the manufacturer having valid BIS certificate as specified in table 1 of IS: 299-2012 amendment No 01 Feb 2015 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & mixing hydrated lime suitable for water treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing of wild grass/vegetation/solid/earth particles/tree logs or other foreign particles which disturbed the suction of raw water from the of course of river (Mahanadi River) into the intake channel of the suction side of the raw water pumps installed at Chasapada Pump House so that the intake channel get sufficient raw water for pumping to the sedimentation bed by using sufficient & skilled labour from the suction pipe foot valve laying at the depth of about approx 10 feet under the water complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) T&P required for removal/excavation/clearing shall be provided by the contractor and rate for the same be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Skilled Manpower required for making area at footvalve clear for intake shall be provided by the contractor and contractor shall provide all safety equipments for manpower for doing the necessary jobs in river/bank area and contractor will be responsible for the safe execution of the said job.

Supply and fix in replacement sluice valve of following sizes, cast iron body, PN-1.6 with flanged ends drilled at both ends, confirming to IS-14846, ISI marked , having brass spindle with iron wheel at top, with nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gasket etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of water supply installations including filter house/Sedimentation plants, clear water tanks, Pump house etc outdoor wall with white cement based paints double coats complete including rubbing and removing of old paints and smoothen of uneven surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in path etc including demolition of old concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Hardcore of gauge n.exc 63 mm with broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and leveled in layers watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering in cement plaster (CM1:6) 15mm thick on fair faces of brickwork/concrete surfaces/wall including taking down old plaster and racking out joints complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning/slit removing of existing (up to 50mm) pipe line with necessary high pressure water pump/cleaning agents/ Generator (as no electricity available at site)/ jointing pipe fittings at site complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation of existing pipe line upto 1.5 m depth at the points where water leakages detected during above operation for repairing of pipe line and filling up the excavated surfaces as per existing after repairing the pipe line complete all as specified and directed. (Note : repairing of pipe line will be measured and paid separately)

Repairing of 40/50mm pipe line leakages with necessary welding/ cutting/ and necessary GI fittings as required at site complete all as specified and directed. (Note : necessary electricity arrangement with DG set is included in the item rate)

Supply and fixing GI tubing ,medium grade with all fitting, laid in trenches, or fixed to walls with clamps, floors, ceiling or etc. of the 50mm bore sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundations, taking down/ laying of cables/ pipes or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. and not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (spoil) at a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for site clearance/surface cleaning by removing of hurbs/shurbs/wild vegetation/removing surpus soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and making good surface of the E/M installations area & water supply network area with suitable T&P complete all as specified and directed. Note:- All T&P will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost and also not to cut any tree/plants during the execution of works.

M&L for attending break down of pipe line brusting /cracks and including cleaning /replacement of broken pipe pieces with new one of various lengths through cutting/welding etc as per site requirment and including by using sufficient dewatering pumps, JCB, Cranes as per site requirment complete all as specified and directed. (Note: - Excavation and earthwork required to complete the job shall be deemed to included in quoted rate )
