Taking down existing unserviceable water proofing treatment from roof slab including plaster and cleaning the roof slab by wire brush and removing the debries and WPT felt beyond the premises of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1, (20mm graded aggregate) as in roof padding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound on roof slabs finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) after cleaning of roof surfaces with wire brushes complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only intergral water proofing compound ISI Marked complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered/concrete surfaces of roof and applying the under mentioned course of roof treatement complete all as specified and as directed..:- (a) Surface shall be throughly wire brushed, cleaned, washed, dried up properly and apply evenly a bituminuous primer coat conforming to IS @0.4 ltr /Sqm over concrete / plastered roof surface. (b) Laying of 3mm thick APP membrane sheet (min weight 3 Kg/Sqm) consisting of a core of 160 gms/Sqm polyster non woven fabric mat protected on both sides with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix again protected with thermo fusible HMHDPE FILM on dried primed surface by torch application method. APP membrane will normally be laid in length at right angle to the direction of slope. The over lap shall be minimum 100mm on longitudinal direction and 150mm on the transverse direction including cuttings, grooves etc. (c) Membrane bonded completely to the substrate & the over laps are then scaled/fused by flame.

Dismantling wall panelling fixed in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing wall panelling of size 192X2400X15mm Armstrong Channeled woodworks perforated panels of width 192mm thickness of 15mm and length 2400mm or as required by approving engineer made of a high density fibre board with minimum 725Kg/M3 density. substrate with laminated facing as per the approved shade & finish and a melamine balancing layer on the reverse side. The board shall have a special perforation pattern where the visible surface has a "Helmholtz" fluted perforation of 3mm width and 5mm/13mm/21mm of visible paneleach. The edges of the panels shall be "tongue and grooved to receive special clips for installation. The back of the perforated panel shall have sound absorbing non-woven acoustical fleece having NRC of 0.52-0.63. The panels shall have mounted on special aluminium splines using clips provided by Armstrong complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully old copper/alluminium point, wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulator socket tube light fitting of any type, Bulk head fitting etc segregation serviceable fitting/fixture and keep them safe custody for reuse and removing materials from the site and making good disturbed surface of walls&floors etc as per existing specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable main switch, DB's/RCBOs/MCCB/Sheet Metal Enclosures including MCBs & wooden/GI/MS sheet board etc and removing materials from the site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring any size/core/type of copper/alluminium conductor. including making good the disturbed surfaces and removing materials from the site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with two runs of FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed, 1100 V grade cable multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm drawn through in and including PVC conduit size of not less than 20mm concecled in wall / surface including provn of pressed steel terminal box of suitable size with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover for mounting switch, socket and regulator along with earth wire of PVC insulated, unseathed, 1100 V grade cable multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed for:- Note :- Colour Coding of cable should be phase -Red, Netural- Black and Earth - Green
