Taking down carefully copper/Aluminium point wiring (light/fan/socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc., removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floors etc. complete all as directed.

Taking down Distribution Boards along with MCB's incl removing the same from site and making good to the disturbed surface complete. Note: All taken down MCBs should be deposited to MES store by the contractor without any extra charge.

Taking down existing sub main wiring of any type and description including removal of teak wood batten/pipe etc. complete.

M/L for point wiring concealed type with 1.5sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed single core multithreaded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade incl 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drown through in and incl FRLS PVC rigid conduit not less than 20 mm dia with its accessories pressed steel terminal box incl 3 mm thick ISI marked laminated sheet cover for fixing switches/socket/regulators etc. for the following: Note:- (i) On RCC ceiling/column, false ceiling, AC/Metallic Sheet ceiling wiring done on surface with conduit/PVC Casing caping and its accessories. (ii) Cutting of wall, floor, PCC work and white wash for making of good to disturbed surfaces shall be included in the rate quoted.

All as per item No 5 above but 3 pin socket out let 15/16 Amps on the independent Board all as specified with single core unsheathed PVC insulated cable multistranded copper conductor of size 4 sq mm for phase & neutral & 4 sq mm for earth continuity conductor.

Supply and fixing LED Panel 2'x2' with inbuilt driver 36 Watt suitable for ceiling/surface 230 Volt, complete connection with PVC insulated multi stranded copper flexible wire twin core of suitable size from nearest source complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED 4' tube light fitting 18/20 Watt 230 Volt, complete connection with PVC insulated multi stranded copper flexible wire twin core of suitable size from nearest source complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED 2' tube light fittings 9/10 Watt 230 Volt, complete connection with PVC insulated multi stranded copper flexible wire twin core of suitable size from nearest source complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing building security light bracket bend type complete with 2.0m long G.I. pipe 40mm dia light grade, with suitable clamp and nut bolts complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and laying or fixing in replacement GI tubes light grade 40 mm dia, on place of rusted GI pipe in support of Earth strip/ cables, on roof/pole/wall/laid in floor/in trenches.

Note :- Debris obtained from all items should be removed in low lying areas as directed by Engr-in-charge out of MOD Land. (Rates quoted for items are deemed to be included for this, where removal of debris in the items is not considered.)
