Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n.exc 1.5 Sqm each including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts, dismantaling brick work (holes cut and any other damages to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost) complete all as specified.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 square metre not exceeding 2 square metre each complete all as specified.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. square tube and fixed in opening as per specification and drawing complete all as specified.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC Moulded door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing. Clause No. 8.B.1 to 8.B.10 and drawing on page No. 156 & 157 of MES SSR-2010 Part-II complete all as specified.

M&L for pressed steel frames for doors made out of 1.25mm thick MS sheet with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate ,12mm bar thresh hold etc. complete , of frame size 125 x 60 mm, including one shop coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

All as per item No 6 above but frame size 105 x 60 mm complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 35 mm thick factory made, 2nd class hard wood , plain framed, panelled shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both sides, the side of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated

M&L for factory made 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats

S&F 30mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with particle board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides & one face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match complete all as specified and as directed.
