SCHEDULE `A' PART-I (REPAIR OF STONE MASONRY GUARD WALL INCL HUME PIPE CULVERT)

Demolishing stone rubble massonry manually/by mechanical means including staking of servicable materials and disposal of unservicable materials within 50 meteres or use for filling, levelling & ramming lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in cement mortor including removing of morters from & cleaning stones & concrete articles (Neat quantity of stacks articles of clean materials will be measured.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of materials within 50 meteres of lead or filling and ramming as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Nominal concrete mix 1:4:8 on richer mix (i.e., equivalent to design mix).

Demolishing cement concrete manually by mechanical means including disposal of materials within 50 meteres of lead or filling, spreading, levelling, cambering and rammingand ramming as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Nominal concrete mix 1:3:6 on richer mix (i.e., equivalent to design mix).

Removing G.I/M.S pipe railing including excavation, refixing & refilling of trenches with P.C.C of mix 1:2:4. Above 40 mm nominal bore MS Pipe.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade. All work upto plinth level (P.C.C for foundation of Guard wall using 1:4:8 (1 Cement :4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like. Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size derived from natural sources) including necessary form work as required.

Providing and laying pvc pipe 75 mm dia to length for weep holes.

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) : Raised and cut pointing.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas including getting out, deposited at suitable place and filling the foundation/ sides of guard wall upto the required height i.e 5.80 mtr from the bottom of foundation to top of guard wall as per construction and for complete filling the required quantity be brought from outside i.e., local filling earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto lead of any distance also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering, lead upto the required distance and lift as required any kinds of soil.

Close timbering over areas including strutting, shoring and packing cavities (wherever required) etc. complete, depth upto 5.80 m ( to retain land slide at the time of construction of guard wall)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade for pathway 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size and wall compaction, finished without extra cement and maintain cambering as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing of old removed hume pipe culvert including P.C.C all round the pipe. (1:2:4).

Credit of Amount (i.e minus): Stone of demolition stone masnory to be cleaning, stacking, measuring and re-used by the contractor as per Item No.01
