Amount

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide for foundations etc. and not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of excavated surplus spoil to a distance n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge

Cleaning the septic tanks including inlet chamber and intercepting chamber of capacity 10 to 25 users taking out all sludge and removing the sludge in closed tanker and disposing it in area shown, by digging a pit having sufficent depth and burying in it complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note :- Digging of pit shall also be deemed to be included in unit rate.

Description all as per item No 4 herein before but capacity exc 25 users but not exc 50 users.

Cleaning of soakage well of size 2.40 to 3.00 metre dia and any depth and removing the rubbish, sludge, water, brick bats over RCC battens, cleaning the sewage lines upto septic tank including removing the sludge in closed tanker and disposing it in area shown, by digging a pit having sufficent depth and burying in it complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Dewatering the over head water tank of capacity not exceeding 500 Ltr and then cleaning and removing all scales and dirt silt etc from water tank, removing lid and refixing the same in same position without disturbing pipe line system and float valve and making functional after cleaning and writing “cleaned on 30 Oct 2020“ format with white painting complete including removing of all previous writing all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Dewatering the over head water tank of capacity exc. 500 ltrs but not exceeding 1000 Ltr and then cleaning and removing all scales and dirt silt etc from water tank, removing lid and refixing the same in same position without disturbing pipe line system and float valve and making functional after cleaning and writing letter “cleaned on date 30 Oct 2020'' format with black/white base painting complete including removing of all previous writing all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

S & F in repair 20 mm bore ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminum rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Description all as per item No. 10 herein- before but 15mm dia.

Cleaning of sewage line 100/150 mm bore including manholes by taking out all sludge, night soil and carrying the sludge in closed tanker outside the defence land and disposing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Clearing blockage of chocked WC (English or Indian Type) on ground/first floor including soil/waste pipe (waste pipe up to 1st manhole) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Clearing blockage of chocked up gully trap on ground floor including soil / waste pipe (waste pipe up to 1st manhole) and cleaning of 1st manhole complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Clearing blockage of chocked up floor / nahni trap on ground / first floor including soil / waste pipe (waste pipe up to 1st manhole) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. (Note : For item Nos 14, 15 & 16 contractor shall make sure that blockages will cleared within six hours after notifying the complaints, failing which a recovery @ Rs 10/- per hour shall be made from contractor’s due).

Cleaning of static water tank of capacity 10000 to 25000 gallons by puming out all water with puming machine and removal of all silt / rubbish,alkali, fungas small trees etc complete cleaning all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation of old plastered or unplastered or decorated surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel brushing, scraping down smoke soots, moulds, moss and efforescent salts, trading oil greasy spots etc and applying two coats of white wash on wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster or terrazo from brick walls of any description, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note: water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Demolition and breaking up 150mm bore drain pipes (salt glazed stoneware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 150mm bore,making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing bencing for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate smooth finished and reforming benching etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation filling, mass concrete complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge

M&L TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including bending, cranking etc and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in manhole covers, similar articles and the like duly placed on manholes (including setting) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel, coping and drains complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L Forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms ,moulds etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L 150mm bore reinforced concrete pipe class NP-2 laid in trenches including jointing & testing complete with collars complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for concrete bed to drain pipes incl. packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete for 150mm dia pipe complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Note : Amount of credit for retrieved materials is mentioned in Sch 'A' Section-II of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline.
