M&L for attending the complaints of Hot Water Plants/Stand alone CHS Plants for checking the burner Assy , Fuel pumps , injectors Starter etc and checking continous electric supply including checking and rectification of electrical fault of Hot Water Boilers/Stand alone CHS Plants installed at various unit locations at Leh area under AGE E/M Sub - divn making the plants functional incl minor repairs where ever required as per site requirement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The major spare parts for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule,

M&L for dismantling of burner assembly and removing of side cover of boiler capacity 1/1.5 Kilo Cal/hr and complete serviceing the boiler by using coil shine chemical and removing the complete carbon/oil deposites including repair to coil assembly if there is any leakage found or any other repair required at site and reassembling/testing the same complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of Burner Assembly including fixing the assembly in the existing Hot water Boiler incl making necessary arrangments with all required fixing materials and made functional the Hot water Boiler of Capacity 1.5 LKCal/Hr and testing after completetion complete all as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply and installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of hot water heating coils in replacement made of flexible steel tubes of suitable outer diameter & thickness as per 3 to 4 lakh kilo Calori/Hrs heat capacity designed to efficiently transfer heat from steam boiler water or higher hot water mixed Mono Ethylene Glycol MEG or other heat tranfer fluid non corrosive system to the central heating hot water system. The Heating coil should be contructed as per manufacturers design for 3 to 4 Lakh K Cal/Hr. Hot water generator without allowing either system to come into direct contact with the other including welding work at rear & front of the boiler complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repair of control panel of boilers by replacing the unserviseable parts of panel i.e MCB,Contactor, Relays and control wiring of existing size and any other spares/work required for smooth functioning of complete panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
