Special repair work in Non DLP Portion of NH-752 (Baran-Aklera)

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material up to a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding in 150 mm thickness as per MoRTH specification clause 201 By Manual Means. In area of thorny jungle

Clearing slab/box type culvert and pipe culvert including clearing, cleaning and reshaping of upstream and downstream phases of these culvert with in right of way. The job includes disposal of excess material recovered from site including vegetation outside ROW with all leads and lifts complete in all respects as per direction in charge (frequency of cleaning will be one time in a year i.e. before start of mansoon).

Removal of existing sealant and re-sealing of contraction, longitudinal or expansion joints in concrete pavement with fresh sealant material hot poured rubberized bitumen or cold polysulphide type as per Clause 602.2.8 with appropriate type of primer complete as per MoRTH specification Clause 3005.2 & 2600

Repair of pot holes by Wet Mix Macadam material by removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, compacting base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with wet mix macadam material by manual means as per clause 406, compacting with roller 8-10T, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.

Filling Pot- holes and Patch Repairs with open - graded Premix surfacing, 20mm followed by seal coat type "B". Removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material using bitumen 80/100 as binder as per clause 511, compacting, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.2

Dismantling of cement concrete pavement of any grade by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 meters, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per MoRTH specification clause 202.

Earth work in excavation, including stacking/disposal of surplus material with all lifts and lead up to 50 meters, exclusive of compensation of earth [MoRTH specification : Clause 301 to 305] In Hard Soil When excavation and loading is done mechanically using Bull Dozer, Front-end loader and carriage is done up to 1 Km. by tipper/dumper (6T capacity).

Compaction of original ground with maximum of six passes of 8-10 tonnes power roller including filling depression occurring during rolling [MoRTH Specification : Clause 305.3.4]

Providing , laying, spreading & compacting (table 400-14 & 400-15 ) crushed stone aggregate, depositing on a prepared surface by hauling vehicles, spreading and mixing with a motor grader, watering and compacting with a vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to form a layer of sub-base/ base as per MoRTH specifications Clause 407.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, coarse aggregate 26.5mm nominal size aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing. as per MoRTH Specification cl. 601.
