Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specificallly provided complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:5:10), type E-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sunken portion of WC /toilet/ bath complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of flexible polymer acrylic water proofing coating, 1mm thick (Dry film in two coats) using Dr Fixit pidifin 2K of M/S Pidilite Industries or equivalent as approved by GE including necessary pond testing in sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.
