A. OUTDOOR UNIT
Supplying,installation,Testing & Commissioning, modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow/Variable Refrigerant Volume air cooled Outdoor units suitable for cooling and heating, having all hermetically sealed inverter type Scroll Compressor(s) ,minimum two compressors for above 14HP modules ,microprocessor based Controller, top discharge type condensing unit(s), with R410A Refrigerant ,vibration isolators ,with suitable foundation etc. complete as required. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI Conditions and work even at 50°C ambient temperature without tripping.The unit shall be suitable to work on 400V+/-10%, 3Phase, 50 Hz AC power supply. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The COP at AHRI conditions shall not be less than 3.1 and IEER not less than 6.5 . (Minimum capacity for all three places combined together should be 630 HP ) For details please refer Vol- II
B. INDOOR UNIT- CASSETTE UNIT
Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of following minimum capacity 4way/1way flow VRV/VRF Cassette Type Indoor ceiling mounted unit equipped with synthetic washable mediapre-filter, fan section with low noise fan/dynamically balanced blower, multispeed motor, coil section with DX Copper coil, electronic expansion valve, outer cabinet, drainpump, grill, necessary supports, vibration isolation ,cordless remote control etc.,suitable for operationon single phase 230V±10%, 50Hz AC supply, complete, as required. The unit shall have automatic force shutdown provision incase of fire on receiving signal from BMS System. The cooling capacity of indoor unit will be at air inlet conditions of 27 Degree CDB and 19 Degree CWB temperature. (Minimum capacity of total cassette unit combined together for all three places should be 505 Tr (4 way-227 Tr and 1 way-278 Tr) Individual capacity of cassette unit should vary from 0.8 Tr to 4.0 Tr and should be 1way/4way as per site requirement) For details please refer Vol - II
C. Installation and commissioning
(a) Refrigerant Piping:- Supply,Installation,testing and commissioning including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen testing of different nominal sizes of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerant piping for VRV/VRF system, complete with fittings, with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/ brazing including accessories, insulated with XPLE Class-O tubular insulation/ with Class-O closed cellelastometric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of specified thickness as given below for Suction and Liquid lines, all accessories as per specifications etc. as required with Y-joints for indoor and outdoor units (Minimum pipe size 6.4 mm OD and maximum pipe size 41.27 mm OD) (b) Chemical Earthing with earthpit and connections as required (c) Drain Piping with uPVC as required (d) Communication cabling between indoor and outdoor as required (e) Suitable power supply arrangement to indoor and outdoor as per requirement (f) Fabrication of structure for outdoor base (g) Repairing of false ceiling as per requirement (h) Separate main power supply from substation to respective building for HVAC system as required (i) Any other item required to complete the work. (j) Maintenance of VRF system (all inclusive) including supply of required manpower, spares and consumables during defect liability period of 5(five) years after commissioning of plant as per tender document. etc For details please refer Vol-II
