Supply of Good earth at site including spreading, levelling at required slope etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (For payment purpose, 20% voids will be deducted).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : a). 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : a). Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete.

Construction of Subgrade embankment with Moorum/gravel soil brought out from approved quarry out side the airport premises. The complete operation will include spreading the Moorum with dozer, dressing, levelling, providing camber, grading with motor grader and consolidating with vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth to achieve 95% of the field density including making good the undulation etc. as per technical specifications and drawings complete and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (Cost includes all leads ,taxes, royalty, operations and obtaining field density from the approved land or Govt Engineering college)

Preparation of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by Mechanical transport to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with mechanical means including neatly levelling and dressing on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge : a). With material conforming to Grade-I having CBR Value-30 as per table -1 of technical specification.
