Construction and Development of Park at TLC Road in W.No. 10

Earthwork by using hydraulic excavator of 1 cum bucket and depositing the excavated materials within 5 km lead including loading and unloading with all cost

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using cement, 4 cm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal, screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm. thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, dewatering,royalties and taxes all materials and cost all labours, sundries, T&P required for the work including shuttering , hire & running charges of concrete mixer complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete of M-25 grade in Column base, Column Footings, Raft Foundation,Stem of the Columns, beams, chaujja, fin, lintel, stair case, jali , shelves and slab etc as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength ( in work test) 20N. / Square mm. in 15 cm. cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using screened & washed sharp river sand for mortar and 10 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned to be mixed in concrete mixture with approved quality of cement including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days including, centering and shuttering then after dismantling and removing the debrises away from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials , cost of all labours, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but the excluding cost & conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor Steel and Binding wires and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending etc. of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires and tying the grills and placing in proper position as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(Shop Foundation)(4 shop and 1 security room)(Gate Foundation)

Cutting,Straightening coiled or bent up M.S plain HYSD/TMT reinforcement bars welding or jointing if necessary bending,binding,tying the grills as required for R.C.C works,providing fan hooks where necessary and hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position according to approved designs and drawings including cost, conveyance,loading, unloading & taxes of M.S plain/HYSD/TMT reinforcement bars and binding wires of 18 to 20 gaugo required for the work and cost of all labour, sundries, T&P and scaffolding complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge (payment will be made according to the actual weight of M.S plain/HYSD/TMT reinforcement bars consumed in the work only.

Fly Ash Brick masonry in C.M. (1:4) in founadtion & plinth and super structure having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg / cm2 with dimensional tolerance ± 2%.

Providing 16mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) in all floors finished smooth to out side smooth surface of brick walls after racking out joints, scrapping & cleaning the surface & finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden float only to proper plumbs & level and making necessary grooves, beads & drip course to give required ornamental finish as per drawing, watering, curing, scaffolding, screening sand etc. complete with cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) in all floors finished smooth to out side smooth surface of brick walls after racking out joints, scrapping & cleaning the surface & finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden float only to proper plumbs & level and making necessary grooves, beads & drip course to give required ornamental finish as per drawing, watering, curing, scaffolding, screening sand etc. complete with cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 6mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of (1:4) with mixing of water proofing compound to RCC surface of roof slabs ceilings , stairs, landings, chajja, shelves, columns, beams and lofts etc. including roughening, scraping and cleaning and finishing the plastered surface smooth using wooden floats only to proper plumbs and level, making grooves and beads to give required ornamental finish as per drawings including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all and royalties, all labour, scaffolding, watering and curing , sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge

Finishing plastered surface with plaster of paris and making smooth surface to receive painting including cost of plaster of paris.

Scraping old paint with scrapers, sand papering andwashing with soap water or soda including scaffolding charges upto 5M height

Painting two coats to the wall surface by using 100% premium Plastic emulsion paint of approved make like NEROLAC ALLS CAPES 24 carrot emulsion/ BERGER luxel luxury silk emulsion / ASIAN Royal / ICI velvetouch or equivalent make of approved shade to interior wall surface over a coat of primer with water bond cement primer after preparing the surface smooth by applying putty punning with Synthetic Acrylic wall putty including finishing the surface smooth by sand papering in all heights including scaffolding charges with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labours, etc. as required for the work complete in all respect.(Excluding putty)

Painting two coats with weather seal coat over a coat of water bound wall primer of approved make & shade manufactured by reputed manufacturer like NEROLAC / ASIAN / BERGER / DULOX or equivalent as required for the work complete.

Supplying and fixing of 80mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP - 63:2018.

Supplying and fixing of Pre cast kerb stone of size 600mm x300mm x 150mm of M-30 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction fixed in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IS 5758:1984.

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated materials, moorum including watering and ramming as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of earth work.

Filling plinth with sand in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, well watered and compacted , top surface dressed and levelled to proper gradient including cost and conveyance of sand , all taxes and royalties, loading and unloading, all labour sundries T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge .

Supplying , fitting and fixing of openable UPVC doors with door frame of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixtures.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters. 10.6.1 80x1.25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover.

Supplying and stacking good earth at site of work. Including Loading, unloading and carriage as per actual lead. 2) Earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment

Supply at site of work well decayed farm yard manure, from any available source, approved by the engineer in charge including screening and stacking.

Spreading of sludge farm yard manure or/ and good earth in required thickness (cost of sludge, farm- yard manure or/and good earth to be paid for separately).

Making lawns including ploughing and breaking of clod, removal of rubbish, dressing and supplying doobs grass roots and planting at 15 cm apart, including supplying and spreading of farm yard manure at rate of 0.18 cum per 100 sqm.

Digging holes in all kinds of soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with well decayed farm yard manure (cost of well decayed farm yard manure to be paid separately).Hole 0.9 m dia and 0.9 m deep
