Repair and Maintenance of Infrastructure Assets in R-II Division during 2026-27. Sub Head - Operation, Maintenance and Cleaning of various fountains under the jurisdiction of RII Division

Running ,Operation and Maintenance of various fountains in morning and evening or as per the schedule prescribed by Engineer-in-charge by deploying pump operator in two shifts of 8 hrs. (two numbers daily) for 12 no of fountains set including dewatering & cleaning (twice in month ) of various accessories/parts, floating debris/leaves etc. by deploying adequate nos of beldar per month (that shall be as per requirement at site) and repair of all electrical and mechanical system (including repair/rewinding of motors) and mechanical faults of pump sets, electrical panels and fitting/fixtures/waterline etc. complete as per direction, instruction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The fountain shall be run invariably and contractor has to arranged all necessary resources required(all the fountains shall be handed over to contractor in running condition and no payment shall be made for any fault and the same shall be rectified/repaired by the contractor at their own cost) and also includes watch & ward of all the accessories i.e Nozzles, Motors ,valve, starter, panel & cable etc. & complete fountain in all regards including security theft, running, maintenance repair etc.complete.The agency shall also arrange uploading photos of running fountains as per scheduled intervals in Whatsapp group all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Conditions:- 1. Agency will be responsible for the security of the entire fountain systems at each location and any loss/ vandalism will be restored to the original shape by the agency. In case of non-compliance, the same will be recovered at the market rate or as decided by the engineer in charge. The decision of the Engineer in charge will be binding on the contractor. 2. The timing of the operation of the fountain may vary in each shift or season by season. 3. water & electricity will be supplied free of cost by the deptt. 4. In case of a minor fault of any nature same shall be rectified by agency within 24 hour thereafter recovery/penalty @ Rs. 500/- per fountain system per day will be made from the bill. 5.In case of a major fault no payment shall be deducted for Non-operation of the fountain for the first 04 days and thereafter recovery/penalty @ Rs. 1000/- per fountain per day will be made from the bill.
