REPAIR/CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLES, DRAINS, COVER SLABS AND OTHER MISC WORKS OF ZONE A IN DRDO TOWNSHIP, UNDER AGE B/R I, KANCHANBAGH HYDERABAD

Cleaning of existing sewage lines of 100mm dia including manholes by using super sucker machine and removing all sludge, waste, debris etc outside MOD complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of existing sewage lines of 150 mm dia including manholes by using super sucker machine and removing all sludge, waste, debris etc outside MOD complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of existing sewage lines of 200mm dia including manholes by using super sucker machine and removing all sludge, waste, debris etc outside MOD complete all as specified and as directed.

Attending day to day complaint related to blockage of WC, Gully trap, first manhole floor trap, nahani trap, soil/waste pipe stacks, branch piece, door bends etc, by rodding or other suitable means and clearing the blockages upto final drop out let into first manhole and and removing the sludge/foreign material and depositing the same outside the MOD land complete by deploying safaiwalas all as directed.

(ii) : Format of docket slip and complaint register which shall be kept in complaint cell are attached as per Appendix 'E' of tender documents. The cost of docket slips and complaint registers etc. shall be borne by the contractor and cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates by the contractor against respective items of schedule 'A'. The complaint slip shall be prepared by the contractor or his authorised rep and handed over to the tradesmen and necessary entry shall be made in the complaint register and will be handed over to to concerned JE / the Engr-in-Charge next day. Contractor shall maint seperate register for lodging the complaints and the same shall be produced to concerned JE / Engr-in-Charge on next day.

(iii) : Necessary transportations and T&P required to complete the jobs/complaints shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the department and cost thereof shall deemed to be included in quoted rates by the contractor against respective item of schedule 'A'.

Excavation in trenches 1.5 mtr in width for foundations, manholes, sewage lines etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as directed

M&L for 150mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars including taking out existing old existing pipe complete all as directed

M&L for 200mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars including taking out existing old existing pipe complete all as directed

M&L for 300mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars including taking out existing old existing pipe complete all as directed
