Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises etcand removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and dismantling of cement concrete in any position including floor finishes and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness complete all as specified.

M&L for 25 mm thick Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in sub base correction floors, surface fair finished and even and rough to receive floor finishes complete al as specified.

S&F Digital wall tiles Satin Matt Finish (coloured) tiles (300mmx 600mmx7-8 mm) in vertical surfaces such as walls, skirting, dados and risers of steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry using pvc spacers of size 2-3mm and pointed in white or coloured epoxy tiles grout coloured to match including cutting the tiles to the required size wherever required including motering the corners etc over & including 10mm thick backing coat of cement plaster in CM (1:4) and using elevation tile adhesive Ezy Fix SEF 777 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- Unit rate quoted shall include for necessary scaffolding, trestles, ladders & cradles upto a height of 15 meter required for execution of the work and protective works.
