REPAIR TO RUNWAY LIGHTS, DRESSING OF GRASS AND MAINTENANCE OF POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM FOR DISPERSAL AREA AT 20 WG AFS UNDER GE AF BAGDOGRA

Mechanized cleaning of vegitation and grass around the runway,Taxi track and link roads of runways/taxi track within Air Force Station Bagdogra by providing jungle jim 01 Nos duly providing tractor having minium 45 HP power including driver and helper including fuel(Diesel) ,lubricant,engine oil etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:-(i) daily log book shall be maintained by the contractor and obtain the signature of users and concerned JE. (ii) No claim shall be entertained if the machine is not required for full working days for any days as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iii) Jungle Jim alongwithtractor arranged by the contractoras and when required and as directed.

Taking out/down unserviceable, defective any Type/size cable including disconnecting/dismantling all the electrical connections all as required at site and all as directed.

M & L for LT underground Cable XLPE insulated, heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade 10 Sq mm, 2 core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098(Part-1) complete with all as specified.

M & L for LT underground Cable XLPE insulated, heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade 16 Sq mm, 2 core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098(Part-1) complete with all as specified.

M & L for LT underground Cable XLPE insulated, heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade 25 Sq mm, 3.5 core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098(Part-1) complete with all as specified.

M & L for LT underground Cable XLPE insulated, heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade 70 Sq mm, 3.5 core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098(Part-1) complete with all as specified.

Supply and fix in repairs LED flood light fitting including LED lamp 120 Watt with PVC Flexible Copper wire single core of size 2.5 Sq mm , 1100 Volt grade for connections as reqd length but not more than 5 mtr in length in old/new lay out position, incl fitting accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs LED highbay light fitting including LED lamp 150 Watt with PVC Flexible Copper wire single core of size 2.5 Sq mm , 1100 Volt grade for connections as reqd length but not more than 5 mtr in length in old/new lay out position, incl fitting accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep soft/loose type of soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level for poles/stay assembly/cable all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25m thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material from site to a distance not exc 50mtr away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5mtr from the starting point all as directed.

M & L Sub class 'B' bricks well burnt perpendicular to the axis for the cable in trenches for protection to cable complete.

Supplying & Laying in trenches Clear Sand for cushioning under ground cable 8 cm below and 15 cm above complete in level all as specified.

Taking up or down GI water tubing 50 mm dia for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M & L GI Pipe light grade 50 mm bore for cable protection as a guard pipe complete.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule A notes for details.
