Installation of 1 No.Single Feeder control panel at S/S Control Room including grouting of Anchor bolts of panel and making of pocket for control cable to insert in panel from trench and complete filling of control room's trench by river sand.

Supply and laying of following size Copper Control Cable through underground/cable trench/trenching SGR interlinking through proper connections to Single Control panel/protection board/Battery and Battery Charger/Bunch joints, Relay 33/11KV T/F junction Box/33KV VCB, CTs etc. as per site conditions:

Painting of the fabricated structures with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel alumm. Paint/green paint of ISI Mark alongwith earthing strip above ground level.

Construction of Cable trench of size 300x300mm including brick work 1:4 in wall of the trench, brick ballast work in 1:5:10 on foundation plaster 12mm thick with coarse sand 1:4 and surface finishing with cement, providing MS Strip at an interval of 0.5 Mt. and MS Angle (25x25x5mm) running on both the edges of trench.

Construction of welded frame type control cable trench cover 0.5 Mt. long suitable for trench including cost of MS/Tor Bar.

Earthing for new erected structure with equipment by way of GI Pipe boring and lowering of 40mm dia, 2.9 mm thick GI Pipe from ground upto the water level (minimum 60 feet deep) as per standard practice as per REC Drg.

Plinth of VCB : Construction of Plinth of size 2.0 mtrx1.5mtrx0.9mtr. suitable for erection of upper structure of 33KV VCB including grouting of anchor bolts in proper alignment and level. Scope of work includes excavation of foundation base concreting in CC 1:3:6 (cement, find sand & brick ballast) 1st class brick work in cement mortor ratio 1:4:8 (cement, coarse sand and stone grit of 20mm gauge).

Installation of VCB: Installation of 33KV VCB complete work including commissioning

Testing of New installed 33 KV equipments wit testing equipment ( like as33 KV VCB, 33 KV CT,33 KV Control Panel etc ) in the presence of Test Division wing.

Erection of the following support including cutting, making holes, fixing of all types of accessories digging pits complete in all respect as per RESSPO drawing. All type of clamps nut & bolt, washer to be provided by contractor.

Erection/fixing for 33 KV Stay set with stay wire 7/8 SWG and clamp as per RESSPO drawing including binding, clambing, clamping, tightening, and nozzeling etc. complete in all respect including its grouting in ratio 1:4:8 of cement, sand and brick ballast and sand before back filling of the pits as per RESSPO schedule all clamps, nuts & bolts, cement, brick, concrete blast and etc would be provided by contractor.(Stay Set , Stay wire to be provided by Dept.)

Concreting of supports in 1:4:8 ratio and plinthing of supports upto 300mm above ground level by using cement ,brick ballast and sand in ratio 1:4:8 as per RESSPO drawing with watering/curing properly upto proper setting of plinthing.All matrial would be provided by the contractor.

Laying and sagging of 3 phase ACSR Dog conductor from Double pole upto 33KV substation including jumpering, hoisting, fixing of all type of insulators, binding, jointing and its clamping etc. in all respect.

Earthing of supports with Earth Electrode 2.5 mtr. length including excavation of pit and driving M.S. Rod upto proper depth and connecting the earth electrode with the help of 6 SWG G.I. Wire and earthing lugs. RESPO/ RES. drawing.Earthing of each section pole is also to be done. All type of nut & bot would be given by the contractor.

Cradle type Guarding of HT/LT/Telephone line/ road/river crossing etc. by providing GI wire No. 6/8 and making net with difference of 1.00 Mtr. Completely including fixing of channel/angle etc. with proper locking at each support. All type of nut bolt ,clamp to be provied by the contractor.

Painting of following supports with X-arm/Top channel/Angel iron complete/special cantilever bracket with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminum white paint of ISI mark and top danger portion of each support must be painted by providing two coat of Post Office Red Paint (1.5mtr upper portion of support.) Paint and material would be given by contractor to complete of job.

Laying of 33 KV, 3x300 Sqmm XLPE Cable (double circuit) by digging method depth minimum 1.2 mtr. Below ground level and 750 mm wide by excavation of earth. The work include supplying of fine sand ,bricks,stone slab ,refilling and ramming of the left out soil and levelling etc.

Hoisting of 33 KV 3X300 Sq. mm. XLPE cable on double pole including G.I. pipe of size 6" dia 3 M long and its jumpering complete with clamps, nuts and bolts. (GI Pipe,clamps ,nut bolt etc to be provided by contractor,)
