Erection of all type steel supports in the excavated pit in aligment after checking the same with plumb line including fixing of cross arms and top hemper beefore erecting the supports should be grouted and muffed in cement concrete of ratio 1:3:6 as per item No. 5.7 the remainning portation of the pit will be back filling with soil. The nuts & bolts will be provided by the contractors as per Nigams specification for which payment will be made at the prevalling store issue rates.

Lattice Structure

Erection of Pcc poles in excavated pit with fixing of cross arms and top hemper as required in alignment after checking the same with plumb line. The support is to be back filled with soil with proper ramming. The nuts & bolts are to be provided by the contractor as per nigam specification for which the payment will be made at the prevailling Discom stores issue rates.

(B) IN RURAL AREA

PCC Poles 9 Mtr. Long (400Kg)

Erection of assembly of 2 pole structures of steel supports PCC poles in excavated pit in alignment after checking the same with plumb line. Including fixing of top bracing of M(1piece) with pilot plates and clamps. The support is to be back filled with soil with proper ramming. The nuts & bolts are to be provided by the contractor as per nigam specification for which the payment will be made at the prevailling Discom stores issue rates.

PCC Poles 9 Mtr. Long/ R.S joist (400 Kg)

Erection & fixing of G.I Stay sets with anchor plates in excavated pit in required position and back filling with soil with proper ramming. The work includes fixing of stay clamps Stay Insulator with stay wire at both ends with proper tension. Size of stay set/ stay wire.

8' x 3/4" with 7/8 SWG stay wire

Providing and laying of cement concret in ratio 1:3:6 using 43 graded cement river sand and 12 mm to 20 graded blasted crusher brokenin pit/foundation according to the size / type of supports / stay set including compaction /curring for 21 days in steel plate shuttring /farmer base.

Supplying & Laying of random rubble stone boulder having weight not less than 20 Kgs.

Fixing and assembly of disc point channel pair with pilot plates top hampers & clampson erected single pole structure as per design. The nuts & bolts will be supplied by the contractor as per Nigam's specification for which payment will be made as per prevailing Discom store issue rates.

33 KV line

Fixing of 11 KV B&S/T&C disc insulator for 33 KV line (each unit consisting of 3 nos. disc & 1 set of H/W) on terminal point including fixing of hardware and strips.

Fixing of 33 KV pin insulator with pin.

Assembly, Installation & commissioning of gang operated isolating switch on erected structure with setting for accurate Operation including fixing of allied accessories complete in all respect with post insulator and jumpering on both ends for connection with the system. the nuts & bolts will be supplied by the contractor for which payment will be made as per prevailing Discom stores issue rates.

(A) G.O. Switch without earthing blade

33 KV G.O Switch

Laying, jointing , stringing, tenstioning and clamping of conductor with proper sage as directed, using bolted type hardware including binding on pin insulators, jumpring on section point with binding wire / P.G. clamps aluminium jointing sleeves will be used for jointing the conductor.The line must stand at proper voltage on charging. The contractor will be provide P.G. clamps for which payment will be made as per prevailling Discom issue rate.

(B) IN RURAL AREA

ACSR DOG Conductor

Laying , jointing , stringing , tensioning and clamping of G.I. Earth wire continuously on single/double pole by using earth clamps / nuts & bolts with washers and earth reel etc. including proper binding at each end. the nuts & bolts will be provided by the contractor which payments will be made as per discom's store issue rates.

(B) IN RURAL AREA

Painting with priming coats or ready mixed red-oxide paint 2 coats of approved make on steel works after cleaning with wire brush/ sand paper

On new surface

painting with alluminium paint of approved brand and manufacturer as per given an even surface.

On new works with two coast
