M&L for Dismantling PCC Tiles of any description or thickness, in paths, aprons, hardstanding, etc. laid, bedded and pointed in Cement Mortar, removal of debris outside AF land, cleaning of area to remove dust, debris, loose particles, washing with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Dismantling PCC Blocks of any description or thickness, in paths, aprons, hardstanding, etc. laid dry incl removal of debris outside AF land, cleaning of area to remove dust, debris, loose particles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Floor, Paver Tiles, Hearth or Wall Ceramic Tiling, etc. including Cement Mortar Bedding (but not backing) and removing debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description in Ground Floors, Pavings, etc. not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below Ground Level) and removing debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Brick work built in Cement Mortar and in any Position including all Quoins, Arches and Pillars, etc., and removal of debris outside AF land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (Reinforced) of any description in Ground Floors, Pavings, etc. not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below Ground Level) (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and removing debris, etc. to Outside MOD Land, complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Old reinforcement shall be measured under Sch of Credit)

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description, as in grills, gratings etc and removal from site complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: If the planned MS structure, truss, etc is different from the existing structure, proper measurement of the existing structure to be demolished, shall be recorded in MB.

Taking down Cement Plaster including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water and removing Debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick Work with Fly-Ash Bricks (Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering using factory made water-resistant ready-mix plaster on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces of walls, upto four storey height, applied as per manufacturer’s recommendations and finished even and fair, including necessary scaffolding, protective measures and all incidental works, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Make: Ultratech Readiplast / SmartCare Ready Mix Plaster / JSW Enduroplast or equivalent approved)
