Cleaning & sweeping including brooming etc. of entire complex of Shatabdi garden complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. Note-1) Minimum two (02) labour to be engaged per day. Note-2) If the agency fails to deploy sufficient labours required in any day as per contract recovery @ double the unit rate of labour derived as per analysis / justified or awarded rate whichever is higher shall be made from the contractor bill
Running operation of water fountain including minor repair oil, grease etc. complete as per instruction of Engineer in charge. Note-1) Minimum one (01) semiskilled labour to be engaged per day. Note-2) If the agency fails to deploy sufficient labours required in any day as per contract, recovery @ double the unit rate of labour derived as per analysis / justified or awarded rate whichever is higher shall be made from the contractor bill.
Cleaning & upkeeping of fountain, water tank including nozzle holes with chemicals like washing powder, acid / harpic etc. all complete as per instruction of Engineer in charge Note-1) Minimum three (03) labour to be engaged per fortnight Note-2) If the agency fails to deploy sufficient labours required in any day as per contract, recovery @ double the unit rate of labour derived as per analysis / justified or awarded rate whichever is higher shall be made from the contractor bill.
Providing & fixing of brass revolving nozzle of 15 mm Inlet made from brass of approved quality etc. complete as per instuction of Engineer Incharge.
Providing & fixing lighting changer in fountain of approved quality as per instruction of Engineer Incharge.
Providing & fixing light / colour bulb of approved quality in fountain as per instuction of Engineer Incharge.
