Fabrication of M.S. Strainer buckets 4 to 5 Kg each duly fitted with G.I. mesh 14 SWG at the outer perihery & SS wire mesh 1.00 mm inside the strainer as per sample

Dismantling of damaged M.S. Strainer bucket and then repairing of the same by providing & fixing of 14 SWG fine S.S. mesh of 5 mm2 at the outer periphery & 25 SWG fine S.S. wire mesh 1.5 mm2 inside including weaving with S.S. wire 20 SWG as per sample and satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling of Induction Motor Type WNR-1440 RPM, 30 HP of dewatering pump (Bore Hole) and complete rewinding of the same a/w repairing and providing, fixing, erection, testing and commissioning by providing BIC "H" Class Copper wire (Approximately 35 Kg), insulation material, Mocha sheet "H" Class numex lather sheet, glass tap, sleeves F-50, varnishing Dr. Back, thrust ball bearing SKF make - 7220 2 Nos., Shaft bearing SKF make - 6313 1 No., repairing of both cover housing making by C.I. Shaft, Gun Metal Bush 2 Nos, repairing of sheet roller 2 Nos. by welding, polishing and turning, making of new rachet plate making with 8 Nos. teeth 30 mm dia by welding, machining and turning, repairing of shaft by S.S. welding machining, polishing, turning, providing new terminal plate for connection i/c transportation loading and unloading complete job as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer- In-Charge.
