Annual Stage Contract for Urgent/ Emergent nature of restoration works in three Sub-Divisions of Srinagar City Roads (SMC) Division for the year 2026-27 (Jurisdiction of Rainawari Sub-Division)

Taking of photographs at various spots of size 100mm x 150mm clearly depicting the pre-execution, during execution and post completion views, including submission of the same to the engineer incharge.

Clearance of site by way of removing mulba slush, vegetation, garbage, worn out material on road surface etc., by engaging labours including disposal of the same beyond Site premises with its leads, lifts, loading, unloading & carriage etc., complete job.

Surface dressing of ground including removing vegetation and inequalities, not exceeding 15cm deep and disposal of the rubbish beyond SMC limits in all kinds of soils including all its leads, lifts, loading, unloading, head load (if any) costs & carriages etc., complete.

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil by manual or mechanical means in trenches for foundation, drains, pipes, cables etc., up to required width and depth including ramming of bottom and dressing of sides, clearing of vegetation and mulba and disposal of excavated material beyond municipal limits with its leads, lifts and carriage as will be directed at site complete.

Preparation of sub grade by excavating earth to an average of 22.5cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidation with road roller 8-12 tonne capacity including making good the undulation etc. with earth or quarry spoils etc. and disposal of surplus material upto dumping site as directed by engineer incharge including all costs and carriages complete.

Surface dressing of lanes/ bye lanes including clearance of site by way of removing grass, vegetation, mulba, slush, garbage etc., including disposal of the same beyond SMC limits with its leads, lifts, loading, unloading, head load (if any) costs & carriages etc., complete.

Scarifying metalled (water bound) road surface including disposal or rubbish lead upto 50mtr. And consolidation of aggregate received from scarifying with power road roller of 8-10 tonne capacity.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and lead upto 1KM by mechanical means.

Providing and laying of Nallah muck / khak bajri including sorting, spreading to template, watering, dressing, ramming and consolidating with (80-100) KN road roller all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, unloading, head load (if any) and carriage of materials from nearest approved source to site of work complete.

Supply, stacking and laying of WBM grade 1st with specified graded stone aggregate 90mm - 45mm size broken query stone @1.21cum to 1.43cum/10sqm of road surface duly hand packed including screening, sorting, spreading to template, watering and consolidation to required gradient and camber with (80-100) KN road roller all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, unloading, head load if any and carriage of materials from nearest approved source to site of work complete (To be laid as per guide line of MOST specification). Finished work to be measured and paid.
