M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base floor , 100mm thick including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

S&F Machine pressed rubber moulded precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping and the like etc including necessary formwork all as specified and directed

M&L for precast cement concrete solid block masonry with cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate , exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brickwork/ concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Flame proof Point wiring surface type using approved colour coding as per IS (Red , Black and Green for single phase circuits),with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sq mm nominal cross-sectional area , single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade, ISI-694 marked with valid CML No.in and including drawn tgrough flame proof stove enameled steel conduit and accessories on wall/roof/floor etc, ISI marked with mild steel/pressed steel sunken box (with earth dolly) duly painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint/aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer internally and two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer externally,covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover for fixing of switches, socket and fan regulators etc, including PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sq mm nominal cross sectional area single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth duly for flame proof one light / fan point 16 Amps single pole all as specified and directed.

S&F ceiling rose surface bakelite 65x50mm surface type two to three terminal 240 volts all as specified and directed.

S&F Rotary type flame proof switch with termination box in LM6, single pole all as specified and directed.

S&F flame proof type exhaust fan of size 457mm sweep, 1440 RPM, 4000 cum output including making hole of suitable size in the wall with & including grouting nuts and bolts of suitable size for mounting the exhaust fan and making good the surfaces , hole as per existing finishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel work as in guard bars / grill with outer frame 600x600mm size with flat Iron 30x5mm including four numbers of guard bars of 10mm square bar 600mm long grouted with brick wall with four numbers of hold fast made out of flat iron 25x3mm 150mm long including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and making necessary opening in the grill for fixing exhaust fan including making holes in the brick walls fo fix the frame and making good as per existing finishes etc complete all as specified and as directed
