Distempering two coat to walls with distemper of approved said over a coat of primer on new work to give an even said including cost of distemper etc. complete.(Bed Room,Hall,Office,Store,Entrance,Toilet,kitchen)

Dismantling and removing doors , windows and ventilators including removal of frames.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of M.S. Grills, M.S. Doors, M.S. Gate etc including cost, conveyance of all materials & etc complete (Door,Window)

Painting two coats with approved paint over a coat of primer of any approved shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, all labour and T&P required for the work including the cost of primer all other materials aetc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.(D1,Wimdow)

Cement concrete (1:3:6) using 40mm HG metal including all cost , carriage, royality, taxes, and all labour involved for completion of item of work as per the direction of Engineer- in - charge.

Priming one coat with approved Water Bound Wall cement Primer on Plastered Surface in Ground Floor(Out side Building,Deduction of Door,Dooe,Window)

Finishing wall with weather coat of approved quality two coats to give an even shade with brush to outside wall surface after cleaning surface including cost of paint watering and curing cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour,cess with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all floors. (Out side Building,Deduction of Door,Dooe,Window)

Providing, fitting & fixing of false ceiling with aluminium anodized T section No.3215 with 2-0 center to center , L section No.1705 upto 15 micron of 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw & PVC plug and the amuminum grid 2-0 x 2 0 suspended from ceiling etc complete including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and labour etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing C.C. (1:2:4) using 12mm size hard granite crusher broken chips including all cost carriage royality taxes and all labour involved for the completion of item of work as per direction of Engineer- in - Charge.
