Maintenance and checking of quarters main supply, street lights,fuse of calls, main Power pillar box earthing, and water pump etc.,

Calibration of voltmeter / Ammeters /Timers includes safe release of meter/timer from panel / testing of meter and physical verification, cleaning attending minor defects, repairs /adjustments, re-fixing of meter/timer, checking for correctness and restoring normalcy, handling of testing kits / equipments and maintaining of registers etc, as directed by the engineer in charge.

Calibration of Bimetallic relays Electromagnetic relays and static relays including safe release of relay from panel/testing relay and physical verification, cleaning attending minor defects, repair/adjustment, re-fixing, checking for correctness and restoring normalcy, handling of testing kits/equipment and maintaining of registers etc, as directed by the engineer in charge.

Testing of Numerical relays, including safe release of relay from panel/testing of relay and physical verification, cleaning attending minor defects, repairs/ adjustments, re-fixing of relay, checking for correctness and restoring normalcy, handling of testing kits/equipments and maintaining of registers etc, as directed by the engineer in charge

Testing of AVR, SEE/SFC, Generators, Power transformers, 110KV and 11KV Circuit Breakers handling of testing kits/equipments and maintaining of registers, etc, as directed by the engineer in charge.

Testing and Troubleshooting of breakers upto 6.6KV rating, lighting transformers, HT and LT Motors, handling of testing /equipments, CT secondary circuit tightness checked and maintaining of registers etc, as directed by engineer in charge.

Lubricating cleaning, checking of control circuits tightness and healthiness in both end (local and module end), Disconnection and Reconnection of Control cables on Motorized valve/Smart MOV's and maintaining of registers etc, as directed by engineer in charge.

Limit setting of torque and limit switch of motorized valve/Smart MOV's checking of control circuits and maintaining of registers etc, as directed by engineer in charge.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting of control circuit problems in all type of LT & HT modules, Checking for tightness healthiness cleaning of all type of control and relay panels, UPS, Chargers, LT & HT module, control and annunciation panels, fire panels, fire detectors and CO2 fire protection etc, and maintaining of registers etc, as directed by engineer in charge.

Troubleshooting and cleaning of SCADA, Routine maintenance of, Intercom,CCTV, PA System, as directed by engineer in charge.

Monitoring, taking daily walk down check list of all important parameters in the station, checking of all fire systems and checking of all intercom connection healthiness.

CALIBRATION OF FIELD INSTRTRUMENTS: Maintenance, Cleaning,Testing and Calibration of pressure and temperature gauges, pressure, temperature, level and flow transmitters/switches, RTD, Thermocouples and ON/OFFMaintenance, Testing and Calibration of pressure and temperature gauges, pressure, temperature, level and flow transmitters/switches, RTD, Thermocouples and ON/OFF Solenoid valves etc. Solenoid valves etc. by the Engineer in charge.

MAINTENANCE WORKS AT FIELD: Inspection of all field instruments and lines including attending minor defects / repairs wherever necessary as directed by the Engineer in charge (Once in 04 Days)

Inspection of all equipments in CCR like panels servers, DCS Modules, etc., Cleaning of equipments and Maintenance of Maintaining Control Supply to panels, DCS etc., as directed by the Engineer in charge (Once in a week)

Dismantling and re-fixing of instrument lines during Mechanical Maintenance, Taking periodical vibration readings and Maintenance of Matrix double acting actuators etc., as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Assisting Operator in CCR for monitoring and recording important parameters and readings

Racking IN or OUT of 6.6 kV VCB LT ACB at Switchgear Room and removing of module fuses etc

Assisting Operator in CCR for recording Parameters and readings at GBC IAPA STG GTG BOP CW areas in each shift

Checking for any abnormality in sound leakage etc in each shift

Taking readings in energy meters in switchyard control room switch gear room CW MCC

Assisting operators DG set trial runs GT on line water wash Fire water Deep borewell pump start/stop

Opening or closing of valves in De-aerator and other areas

Checking and taking readings of SF6 Gas pressure checking glow specific gravity of all batteries
