Material & labour fixing door chowkhats in existing opening including embedding chowkhats in floors or walls cutting masonry for holdfasts, embedding hold fasts in cement concrete blocks of size 15 x 10 x 10 cm with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), painting two coats of approved wood preservative to sides of chowkhats and making good the damages to walls and floors as required complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on wall / ceiling surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc to receive new plaster all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 12 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour with two coats on new work complete, as per manufacturer's specification over including 2mm thick internal wall care putty finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. (Fixed to steel windows by welding) including priming coat with approved steel primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old surfaces of steel/wooden surface and Painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
