Carrying out topographical land survey of the marshy land with elephant grass with Total Station of high precision,marking position of each physical feature on the ground like building,sewer lines,storm water drains,trees overhead HT/UT electric lines,transformer sub station ,OHT,tube wells,electric poles and telephone poles,roads,paths,existing permanent,/temporary structures,fencing,boundary walls,lines,gates,drains etc. Preparing the contour plan at suitable contour intervals(0.3 m),recording reduced levels at suitable contour intervals(5 mx5 m ),fixing temporary bench mark (TBM) and marking them on ground with paint as required. Calculation of areas & other details of surveyed pockets with standard surveying software,submission of coloured drawing with suitable scale along with one soft copy on CD shall consist of following :--(a) Cleaning of the land of elephant grass etc as required so that topographical survey can be conducte. (b) Contour plan showing all existing physical features with assumed nothingan easting as required. (c) Layout plan of the area with existing structures. (d) Marking surveyed area and covered area. (e) Reduced level to be marked at 05 mtrs interval. (f) Marking of location of trees coming in the area. (g) Marking of existing ST line crossing in the area. (h) Submission of drawings(04 Nos) with soft copy in CD.
