M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type BO, (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base to receive tiles complete all as specified.

M &L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in Cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the existing roof surface and removal of debris to receive the treatment shall be throughly free of laitance, scales, oil or any other loose material. It should be made free of any sharp objects. Cleaning of PCC Shall be done with wire brushing to attain smooth levelled surface. Cracks shall be rectified, filled using dual shrinkiage compensatedRepair Mortar and dried for 72 hours before laying the liquid applied membrane. (a) Application of paint two component Epoxy Primer (Resin & Hardener) on the cleaned surface for bonding of Polyurethane with the existing concrete surface 33% water dilution is recommended with the pure mixed primer. The primer mixing ratio will be 1:3 (Resin : Hardner) Supplying, providing and applying waterproofing treatment to area with single component highly elastomeric seamless cold applied modified PU coating complete as per manufacturer's specifications and application methodology. The same coating shall be applied in two coats achieving a total thickness of 1mm. The coating shall have a dual combination of 280% elongation. Material coverage 1.2kg / sq.mt. Make : Asian Paints/ Thermax.

(b) Treatment of pipe entry points : Preparing the inside surface of core and PVC / MS Pipe by roughening using suitable sand paper to get better adhesion prior to packing works. Cleaning the surface by wire brushing followed water jet to remove any laitance or loose flaky particles. Packing the gap using free flowable non shrink cement polymer based grout up to the surface of the bore while the bonding agent is in tacky state. the periophery of PVC pipe should be sealed with Hybrid PU Sealant or dual shrinkage compensated Micro concrete Note : Will be done when and where ever required. Note : (i) The work under this item shall be carried out by the authorized applicator of Manufacturer by using modern techniques. The contractor shall also furnish warranty of quality, finish work and effectiveness of waterproofing treatment under this item for a period of 10 years from the date of completion along with manufacturer warranty of material for the same period . (ii) Contractor is required to deposit 100% CA quantity to the Engr-in-Charge, within 15 days of acceptance of contract.

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in, in brick wall , making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring. etc. and making good, cutting not exceeding 10cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood plain fillets, square, rectangular or tringular in section, clean sawn secured with nails or brads, sectional area exc 13 Sqcm & not exc 25 sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made glazed and skeleton shutters 35 mm thick 2nd class hardwood (SAL/ CHAMP / HOLLOCK) open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chemfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); for doors and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter and builders hard ware fittings from frames) not exc. 1.5 sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.
